I have been going to Allure Nails for the past 2 years with great experiences, until today. A lady - I think her name was Kim did a horrible job on my nails. When I left, the cuticles were bleeding, the shape of each nail are off and the color has white spots. They are not smooth and a horrible waste of money. I would go back to have them fix it, but 7 of my 10 fingers are enflammed and raw. Totally disappointed. Natalie needs to get rid of the lady, before I would think of going back and I will be warning my coworkers/friends. If you still go for a manicure - have Natalie or Don do your nails. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait (though they were busy). Got the $40 pedicure (can't remember the name) and it was worth every penny. Easily an hour of pampering. Left feeling completely relaxed. Will be back! read more

The staff here is always friendly and efficient! I had a manicure a few weeks ago and I chipped my nail two days later. When I went back in to get it fixed, she refused to let me pay for it and/or tip her. That was the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She apologized even though I chipped it and because she wouldn't let me pay her, I chose to come back the next day with my daughter to get pedicures because I want to give my money to people that appreciate their customers! Recently moved to Irving and this is the first and the only salon i have been to so far in Irving area. This place is always packed...I love the way Natalie greets her customers. She is very friendly and has great taste in colors. Every time I go here to get my nails done I'm so confused with all the colors and options available at this salon, but Natalie makes it easier by choosing/picking the right color for you. This salon though small provides awesome service. Natalie and Jane are my favorites here, however others are great as well. I loved my experience here. The customer service was exceptional and the guy really went above and beyond to get my nails the way I wanted them. I've never felt this satisfied with nails before. While waiting for my nails to dry under the uv light I accidentally bumped them and messed them up, the lady walked over to check in my nails and noticed they got messed up and fixed them right away. Worst nail salon I have been to. I regret paying $40 for dipped acrylic. My nails look chunky and the surface is very uneven. It looks like cheap fake nails that I bought and glued on in the dark. Absolutely recommend Allure nails. They do an amazing job on nails (dip, shellac, etc.) and have even taken designs I want and Natalie can replicate them. As for pedicure, I can truly go to anyone because they are all trained the same and give a great massage.. even for the basic pedicure! Everyone is really sweet. Came here for a full set and a pedicure. Pedi nail polish came off after 2 days, and my toe was cut! Looks so ugly! My full set was ok, not the greatest, but the worst part was she cut my finger when drilling the nail!!! I was bleeding and she still continued the work. Never going back! read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My pedicure went fine. I requested for my nails to be soaked off so I could get a fresh full set. Instead she used the sander an an extremely high level to remove the nails. I complained multiple times about it hurting and she would tap my hand and go oh sorry. The entire removal and application was VERY messy. I had the powder and sanding everywhere on me. At one point she aggressively used the sander on a low speed to touch up my cuticles and cut me multiple times on the same finger. When I made it very clear again she was hurting me, she left my cuticles along all together. I asked for white nails and the application was messy and streaky. She constantly had to use acetone to clean them up which of course burned the cut finger. She didn't complete my nails correctly and then got on her phone and told me I could go. At the end it was $70 when the basic pedi was $25 and a full set is $28. I will never be back here. I only gave 2 stars because of the decent pedi. read more

I had a decent experience here. Everyone was very very nice and the prices are average however I thought my nails came out a bit sloppy. Its less than a week later after I got a gel manicure and they look pretty bad. Usually I can go at least 2 weeks without any problems (peeling etc). The girl who did my nails was super nice but she had a very unsteady hand, so I think that contributed to the nails. I will continue to look for a place that is really good and close to my work so I can go during my lunch break. read more

I went to this Nail Salon and they were so good! They fixed what another Salon messed up (Hawaii Bar Nails off MacArthur). This Salon is worth the trip if needed. They are near Coppell and very friendly professional customer service. After they finished with my nails they put my hands in some warm wax that had a very nice relaxing smell. No extra charge. I would not recommend this place... I went to get a gel Manicure/Pedicure, using the color "pink". The nail technician did not speak English, I was talking to him the entire time wondering why he was only smiling and shaking his head every time I said something. After he finished my toes another person who spoke English did my manicure, during the process I noticed that my toes nail color turning "white" I informed the nail technician as soon as I noticed the change. After she was done with my manicure she called someone by the name of Natalie to look at the toes, Natalie told me it was powder on my nail- I was trying to figure out where the powder came from, when the only thing placed on my nail was nail polish...very strange ... I told Natalie that I was going to need my toes done over, since she was acting clueless on what to do. She rushed and re-did my toes ... It was time for payment and I wanted to use my "check-in" coupon... I was told that I could not use it because I did not get a deluxe mani/pedi...
