I always have AMAZING service here at Allure Nails. Due to COVID, I no longer have my acrylic nails but when I DID get them, this is the only place I went to. I could bring in a photo from Pinterest and they would do their best to replicate the designs. Pedicures are also fabulous here. I typically get gel polish on my toenails as they last longer AND I'm not patient enough to wait for the polish to dry. I also have a weird toe next to my big toe that kind of does it's "own thing" - like it moves over the big toe sometimes or it just sticks up. Embarrassing but what can you do? (Short of having the foot doctor break it and then reset it. Eeeks!) Anyhow, the ladies just work around the dumb toe. I'm calling today to get a pedicure appointment! :) read more

this is my first time coming here the service is rlly bad. I sat in the chair i showed them a picture the told me a price I was okay with it next minute later she adds 30 bucks more I was perfectly fine with it then she tells me 10 more bucks I told her y she said are u the one that does the art I told her plz don't be rude I asked her again y so much 190 for French tip. i payed for it but when I came home my color was peeling off I was very upset abt it went in they charged me to fix my nails that they ruined i told me im not paying for it so they told me if I walk out they were going to call comes on me for not paying I had a receipt and a picture of my nails I told the cops I came her they charged me almost 200 dollars for just regular French tip.I recommended not to go here read more

First, I asked for almond shape. These are far too pointed to be considered almond. Second, please notice the difference in size between my two pointer fingers. How do you screw that up??? Mind you- I paid $5 more to have the shape- and they screwed it up. If you're going to charge for a simple request, at least do it right. The man working was incredibly rude to every person that walked in. The lady that worked with me was ROUGH. She made me bleed twice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went here for a fill and was convinced to try dip nails by the nail technician She failed to take off the initial acrylic base AND she didn't inform me that dip powder nails are NOT refillable It cost me $82 to fix what she had done when I called and spoke to the manager he denied all accountability did not offer any kind of discount for my next fills or any compensation for the mess she had made of my nails previous to this incident I had gone here several times they have lost a very long-term customer I'm very dissatisfied with this nail place and will not be going back or recommending them anymore read more

I had a fill last Monday, nail shape was uneven, have clear nail with white tip, she put 1 clear coat on, didn't touch up the white so they look terrible. 1 broke off and I keep them shorter, has never happened before. Complete waste of $45 + tip for 1/2 hour of ? work. Never again!! read more

I hate to put 1 star when my nail technician Carissa was AMAZING and SO good! This negative review has absolutely NOTHING to do with her or how she did my nails. This review has EVERYTHING to do with the awful man who I think is either the manager/owner, he seemed to control the schedule and the other employees at least while I was there. 1. He does not care about his customers at all and is shocking rude that it leaves you speechless. He made me feel so uncomfortable and accused me of ruining my nails on purpose when his nail polish was expired and bubbled on my nails within 2 hours and started falling off!! Way to invest in your product buddy...;( 2. He started arguing with me over this very loud AND in front of other customers who also witnessed his rudeness and disregard for any type of customer service. He kept saying it was my fault and that I did it on purpose. 3. This place may be cheap, but don't be fooled because it is not worth the extreme rudeness and disrespect this guy gives his customers. We have been going here for 6 years and we knew Eric is usually crabby but this time was more crabby than usual. My mother asked for translucent nails and he told her no that he would have to take the other nails off which needed to come off anyways. When he realized he had to do it he stormed around the salon slamming cupboards and saying he didn't have time to do it. He was really rough with my mother and acting very rude like she did something wrong. No one should be treated like that! This was the straw that broke the camels back. I have gone here several times and have had an ok experience. Today I went for a fill, and he left acrylic residue all over outside of my nails. The polish job was the worst I have seen. When I asked him to fix the polish, he told me there was nothing wrong with it and I must have put my hand under the light wrong. He simply added another lumpy coat of polish. I've been coming here for 8 years and always have a good experience. The detail and attention that are put into your cuticles as well as your heels are top notch. I have yet to find a place that leave my heels as baby soft as they do here. My normal go to is a pedicure with regular polish and manicure with gel nails. I have never had acrylics or dipped nails so I cannot comment on my experience with that. My nails always come out looking great and the gel nails last about two weeks. In regards to some of the reviews about the former manager, Eric, he was always cordial and I actually specifically called him out to do my nails because he always did the best job. The new manager is great. I appreciate being left alone to my phone and watching hgtv in the TVs. I only gave 4 stars because the inside could use some updating. I came here to try dip nails Despite some negative reviews and I'm so grateful I did! Now the owner is brusk but he's not impolite. He is a one man band in running this business and doesn't do false sincerities. He wants to know what you want and he prefers you make an appointment to have it done. How do I know? Because he has personally done my nails several times and we've talked and laughed during our time together. He has wonderful, hardworking employees and a very clean comfortable place. He yelled at me when the person who I made my appointment with was late. When they arrived, he declined service to them. We were 2 of the 3 people there at the time. But, they fall very short in their customer service skills. They are often very rude. I don't even enjoy calling to make an appointment. The woman that did my pedicure today was very detail oriented with the shaping and painting of my nails, but couldn't have cared less about the cleaning of my feet. Water was hardly warm and covered half my foot, she didn't speak any English, every step of the pedi lasted 6-10 seconds. Very disappointing. As a woman who works on her feet I get pedicures to take care of my tired and calloused feet. Won't be returning there for sure. read more

My favorite pedicure spot. I've gone here several times over the past 2 years & have always left happy, relaxed, and with great looking nails. I usually only get a pedicure but I've had my nails done too & they were great. The staff are polite, a bit quiet but I prefer that. They have a great selection of polishes & the enrmviroment is clean & relaxing. They offer a 5% discount if paying in cash. read more

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. My sister and I stopped in for pedicures. Both of us were extremely disappointed with the quality and service we received. The entire experience took under 25 minutes. The massage was non-existent, and the polish job was uneven and we could still see parts of the nail that they missed. When we told the manager (owner?) that we were disappointed, he was argumentative and rude. He argued about how long the pedicures lasted and even told us to check the times on our phones. He never apologized or offered to fix the polish. He was defensive and arrogant. We will never be back. read more
