Turns out it was a smart decision as it's hidden in a plaza with a Publix. Felt out of place. Both the location and my actual person. I am so used to going to the same European Wax Center that I forgot the last time I had been asked about a bunch of forms. No matter - I did it on the app beforehand, but it felt weird. Jamiaiya wound up attending me as I had chosen the first available person. She was very sweet and she had the magic touch. Very gentle. I nearly didn't feel a thing. Only reason I even felt a glimpse of pain for my upper lip was because it had been too long, but believe me, I've been doing this for years, and Jamiaya was amazing. Anyhow, when all is said and done, I'm pleased with this location and the services I received. I also found them slightly cheaper than my home European Wax Center in South Florida, so there's that to think about as well.

I told her to stop and she refused, so I had to get out of the chair. I left with uneven, over-thinned brows and in tears. Completely unacceptable.

Most importantly the workers are highly skilled in both eyebrows and facials. You will walk about feeling brand new. After almost 7 hours on the road it's a must that I make a stop here before I see anyone in town. When they pass you the mirror all you will be able to do is smile. Painless and just beautiful work. Not a single hair will be out of place and somehow is last longer.

They also give you a loyalty card. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and the service is really quick. I have thin eyebrows so there is not a-lot to thread but I still feel like they come out neater than waxing and it lasts longer. I like that they open pretty late so I am still able to catch them after a long day. They also provide other services like tinting. I definitely recommend them.
