Zero stars…read more Horrible day of wedding service for my daughter's wedding on July 25, 2026. I rented a 24-passenger shuttle bus from this company for transportation from the reception to church and back to the reception. When I booked the reservation with Stephen, he told me the bus would be air conditioned. This was an important factor in my decision because the wedding was scheduled during the summer, and I wanted our guests to be comfortable. On the day of the wedding, the temperature was approximately 80 degrees with high humidity. About 20 guests, including several elderly family members, rode the shuttle from the church to the reception. The interior of the bus became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Numerous guests commented on how warm the bus was to me after they got off, and it was clear that the cooling was not providing a comfortable environment. I got on the bus before it left for the reception and I didn't think it was working at all. After the wedding, I contacted Stephen to express my concerns and requested a reasonable partial refund. He stated that the air conditioning was working properly and explained that a full bus on an 80-degree day would naturally become hot. He declined to offer any refund or other accommodation. The air conditioning worked only for the bus driver up front - absolutely nowhere else. My concern is not simply that it was a warm day. My concern is that the shuttle did not provide the level of comfort I reasonably expected based on the company's representation that it was air conditioned. Whether the system was malfunctioning, inadequate for the vehicle, or otherwise unable to keep passengers reasonably comfortable, the result was that the service did not meet my expectations for a premium transportation service on an important family occasion. I've traveled on DOZENS of buses over the years and heat outside doesn't affect properly working air conditioning. Very poor of this company to not even want to listen to the customer. When I called after sending an email, I was told to "be quiet as he was going to do the talking." Wow. Absolutely floored at how bad this customer service was. Stay away! Wow.

My issue was when I called last time and was informed that they couldn't pick me up because they had only one driver working...on a Friday night. Really?! When I raised this question the dispatcher, who was probably the only driver (since the drivers are constantly fielding calls while driving- how safe) he got super defensive and rude. What a jerk.
