We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.

It took two days to replace (plus production time), and they did a wonderful job on as it as far as I can tell - the new windows look great! Thank you…read more I don't like to deal with insurance companies or claims processes--I don't think anyone on earth does--so I never said I like to negotiate with insurance companies. The insurance company has not been a problem. They have approved everything asked for. You are a contractor. I asked for an estimate for contractor services, not advice on how to best manage an insurance claim. By requiring potential customers to deal with one of your adjusters in order to even get an estimate, let alone services, you are actually putting yourself and the adjuster you require to be used in the middle of insurance negotiations. I've heard that some companies do that sort of thing to drive up the price charged to the insurance company which can often result in delays in claims processing. I'm sure that's not what was going on here, but I also didn't want to find out. Since it was clear there was no agreement with your company to be had it was time for your employees to leave. I'm sorry I wasn't able to invite them in for a cup coffee but I had several work matters to complete that day. Thanks again for responding. Take care!

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job.
