Bosch initially sent Appliance Service Group, Inc., which took a week to come out and suggested the problem was a fuse without removing the oven to investigate further. Vlad came the same day I contacted him, removed the unit, and identified the actual issue: the motherboard. He offered a solution that saved me approximately $600. After an electrician completed the necessary work, Vlad returned to reinstall the oven and got everything working. What impressed me even more was his follow-through. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the microwave, so Vlad returned a third time and took it apart to check for a dead animal, burned wiring, or another possible source. He found no evidence of those issues and carefully reassembled everything. He took my concerns seriously and put in the work to investigate. By comparison, Appliance Service Group wanted $169 for the initial diagnostic visit and another $100 to return, despite giving me a diagnosis because of a gut feeling. Based on my experience, the difference in service was substantial. I highly recommend Fuse Services and Vlad. He showed up, investigated thoroughly, helped me save money, and followed through. Apparently there was a part that goes in the front of the machine that had come loose, even though it was a fairly new machine that I had only had for about a year so I don't know how this even happened. Maybe I had it for two years so it had just Had the warranty expire. It was an expensive fairly new front loading washer that cost me about 800 or $900. I had spoken to the owner of this company once before and he sounded very nice. So I decided to call him to come and look at the machine and do the repair. I let my roommate/companion speak to him since Spanish is my second language, even though I speak it fluently, I figured that my companion would be able to communicate better with him in Spanish, so even though I'm the owner of the machine, I let my companion speak to him to explain what was going on with the machine and set the appointment. Well, this began the nightmare of us getting such a runaround from the owner of Miami Appliance Repair,. First, he told my companion to order the part from Amazon and fix it himself. That's not why we were calling him. I have the money to pay him and I wanted him to fix it. When of course my companion who's not an appliance mechanic could not fix it and we had to call him back again we made an appointment for him to send one of his repair people to come and fix it. We are retired senior citizens. The owner of Miami Appliance Repair, gave us a runaround all day long With multiple excuses just because we are older and retired and stay at home most of the time and he kept us waiting all day long with lies and excuses, and his repair person finally showed up at 6 o'clock in the evening when he did actually repair the problem which took five minutes and of course I paid for it, but we waited around because he was supposed to be here at about 11:30 in the morning and he kept us waiting all day and we kept calling him and he kept lying and giving us excuses about when the man would get here. I will never ever do business with him again just because of the lies and the runaround and the excuses.How dare he disrespect us because we are older retired people. When you make an appointment, you keep an appointment.
