I'm a new homeowner and just a couple of months after moving I started having some problems in my new house. I was doing a complete remodel and I contacted Almighty Plumbing for some plumbing repairs that needed to be done. The technician was very thorough on explaining and giving his expert advice on what needed to be done, unfortunately I went with a different contractor that did terrible work. So, when I started having other issues I contacted them again. The technician was able to unclog my main line right away and also make recommendations on how to prevent this from reoccurring. We also had a problem with our water pressure. It turned out the water pressure was too high so he provided a pressure regulating valve. I am extremely satisfied with the work. The handle in my shower broke at 7 am this morning and was still spraying water all over my bathroom when I called Almighty Plumbing. Michael picked up on the first ring and advised me on how to turn off my water main (yes, I know I should already know this) then jumped in heavy traffic to the rescue. He was extremely conscientious and explained exactly what needed to be done and the (very reasonable!!!) price upfront. He even happened to have the necessary part in his truck. The hose attached to my toilet popped off in the middle of the night. I was able to clean up the best I could and called Almighty Plumbing the next day. They were on time and able to replace the hose. I needed them again when the pilot light on my water heater wouldn't turn on. When I called Michael offered to walk me through the process, but I didn't trust myself. Javier came by and fixed the pilot light and explained what to do if it goes out again. Sunday evening, hot water spraying out under bathroom sink. I was looking for a 24 hour emergency plumber. I am 70 and unable to get water turned off. I called and he informed me that they were not open on Sundays, but give him a few minutes and he would be right over in less then 10 minutes. Here comes this wonderful man named Michael and fixes the problems right away, I felt so bad taking him away from his family at 7:30pm on a Sunday. a Fantastic man, there to help, showed me where outside off valve was and suggested that due to the age of the valve it really did need to be replaced, but he didnt pressure at all. I will be having him install a new valve and also have a few other projects around that I will be having him do also. It is wonderful to see that there are still people that really do enjoy helping others in need. If you need a plumber for anything, give Michael and his company a call, you will not be disappointed. We had a problem with our water heater at my coffee shop in Berkeley, I called Almighty Plumbing and Mike was there in 15 minutes and helped me to replace it for a new one. A restaurant with no hot water is a serious problem, trust me I was really having a bad day but Mike took care of it real quick and it was really well done.
