John is wonderful and very knowledgeable of cigars! Extremely friendly environment as most cigar communities are. The humidor is full of everything from just a few dollars per stick to the bougie high end dollar stash! Great selection from major brands and some stuff you may not know about yet! There is a very nice lounge with ample seating, 2 HD TV's, and all the accessories you need in case you forgot something. The new art work on the wall is beautiful and ads to the vibe of the lounge. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions. Here's the kicker I asked for the bill and there was an "expected per person cigar charge" because we had our own ...not an issue. I paid the bill and told the waitress to give each of my buddies a cigar equivalent to their per person minimum..........would you believe I got big time attitude and resistance. I told her to get me the menu, and I read her their policy verbatim that states minimum per person cigar purchase. I paid the fee and am entitled to x number of cigars. As I was inspecting some of the cigars I was interested in buying, I noticed that every cigar I picked up felt hard and stale...and I was having a hard time finding one that felt slightly spongy and fresh like I prefer. At that moment, the idiot store manager with glasses (I believe his name is Rick, based on other reviews I have read) says, "My man, please only squeeze the cigar you are going to buy to avoid damaging them." I let him know that I was gently squeezing them because I was trying to find one that was not hard as a rock and stale...he then told me that these are all "premium" cigars and that I shouldn't be "damaging them for the next person. " I put the cigar down and walked out. After being a regular customer for several years, I will never shop there again. It seems that not only their product quality, but also their basic customer service skills need a lot of improvement.
