I ended up feeling like I wasted my money and now have to get the work redone elsewhere. On top of that, communication with Sammy was frustrating from the beginning. Scheduling appointments and getting responses to texts or emails was extremely difficult. After multiple calls, texts, and emails, I would sometimes wait weeks for a reply, usually being told there were "technical difficulties." The overall experience felt very unprofessional, especially after already paying a deposit. If you are investing in cosmetic tattoo work, you want someone reliable, responsive, and consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I ended up going to Hailey's IBeauty instead and had a much better experience. Hailey was kind, professional, responsive, and accommodating from the start.
