Very yummy. The mangoes were sweet and everything was delicious. I just wish they had a smaller size than the regular.

As much as I'd love to travel the world in search of authentic Korean bingsoo and spiritually get closer to BTS, TikTok distracted me with something else: the viral Dubai Chewy Cookie. The moment I saw it, I became completely determined to find one. I spent an embarrassing amount of time digging through Yelp, Google, and TikTok trying to track down where I could get my paws on this dessert. To my surprise, Snow Bowl was hiding the treasure. I ordered two for delivery, and from the first bite, I understood the hype. The marshmallow center was so gooey that I immediately lost all composure, but that was part of the experience. These were the closest thing to the authentic version I could find nearby. What set them apart is that some other places make theirs with a mochiko coating, while Snow Bowl's version had the marshmallow element I was actually looking for. The end result was everything I wanted: gooey, crunchy, rich, and sweet. Best of all, both of my parents liked them too, which officially confirmed that this was not just another one of my random TikTok dessert obsessions. Snow Bowl absolutely delivered on the viral dessert moment, and yes--I'd order them again. Send the next one over.

4++ Dessert cafe located in a busy strip mall that specializes in bingsoo or Korean style shave ice. The prices are reasonable and they pack in the toppings, using a lot of fresh fruit among other ingredients. I think this may be my first time ever going to a bingsoo spot, so when ordering I wanted to stick to a classic or at least what's popular. The service style is that you order from a screen where you get to customize your bowl and there are a few people there to help if needed. I got the mango bingsoo. Simple with just one fruit, although some of the other creations with lots more ingredients looked really good. The fruit was fresh and the bowl was pretty large. Just a great treat. I got to have a bite of some bingsoo topped with strawberries as well. Next time, I may opt to try and get one of the more wild creations (with lots of different toppings). Parking here is really easy as there is a really large parking lot at this shopping center.

I'm not much a fan of desserts and hate paying $$$ for mediocre desserts at places such as "Meet Fresh". I'm so glad we found SNOW BOWL in San Ramon!!! Yes, although you'll pay around $20 for a bowl of dessert - it's large and you can really share between 2 people. Snow Bowl's Bingsoo dessert (Bingsoo is a classic Korean dessert... it's finely shaved ice made from milk or sweetened condensed milk, so it's creamy rather than icy) is SO GOOD!! Their fresh fruit ingredients are fresh and their red beans are cooked just right. Their mochi has the perfect texture and is a must have, by the way. This Snow Bowl is very much a self service spot. (1) Walk in, (2) Order your dessert from the kiosk, (3) find your own table, (4) Clean it yourself if necessary, (4) Then they'll call a number and you pick up your tray(s) of dessert, (5) Bring it back to your table and enjoy!! .... and don't forget to (6) Bus your own table afterwards. Though not much of a service spot, I am game as the food comes first. And they have excellent desserts here!

We stopped by on a hot day for a refreshing treat, and it was my first time trying bingsoo. I went with the strawberry flavor. Ordering was easy through a tablet in this small shop, and our dessert came out in about five minutes. Flavor-wise, it was delicious and not overly sweet. I liked that the condensed milk was served on the side, so you can adjust the sweetness to your preference instead of it being pre-poured. It was also the perfect size for three people to share. I'll definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Snow Bowl when it was MandRo Teahouse and when it was only one store in Fremont so when my friends invited us for shaved ice I was pleasantly surprised it's a new branch in the Tri Valley area. Nothing more to talk about as it's my favorite place for shaved ice whenever I have a chance in the East Bay. They changed their name which is smart because it's the shaved ice that sets them apart not the tea. Even though it's using Bingsoo (which is Korean shaved ice) I'm fairly certain it's actually Chinese but who cares when it tastes good. The plaza is big but it's right next to the McDonald's if you have a hard time finding it. Seating is somewhat limited and I think for shaved ice it's better to eat there rather than taking it to go. Service is good enough even if it's usually just one person. Tip is optional which is good. You order through a kiosk. My favorite is the matcha or the original milk but mango is popular among kids.

Really can't recommend this place enough, the kids have been begging to go here so we decided to finally make the stop and we were not disappointed. When we walked into the restaurant there is a kiosk to order from, we ordered the strawberry bingsoo and the chocolate. They were both absolutely delicious! Not over powering sweetness, but just right! We ordered the regular size and even sharing we couldn't finish it was so much! Service was great they were quick to make our order and bring it out. The establishment is on the smaller side and pretty quiet, it's a great spot to stop and have a nice cold treat! We plan on visiting again to try some of their drinks!

FOOD: Fine, standard bingsoo so pretty good. Wish there were more items along with the bingsoo so it wasn't just shaved snow. I've had better bingsoo elsewhere such as Sul&Beans though. SERVICE: Self serve style with some tables. AMBIANCE: Just your typical San Ramon self serve place, no frills, thought it was just okay. Overall pretty good. You can split this with a couple of people (typically what you do) and pour the condensed milk over, honestly just typical bingsoo! Nothing too crazy here.

Came on a Saturday night. Arrived at around 8:30pm, with a lot of people already. My friend was here before me and she was able to get a table. Ordered both mango bingsoo and matcha red bean bingsoo plus a red bean smoothie. Order experience was good, food came out fast. It is a good hang out spot in a hot summer night

Amazing bingsoo spot in the East Bay! We came here on a weekend 1-2 hours before closing and it was packed! We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our order, but it was understandable given how busy they were with only 3 people working. However, it's always well worth the wait. We always get the mango bingsoo with mochi on the side. The bingsoo is not-too-sweet, just how we like it. The mochi seems to be made in-store, which we love. We can't wait to try the other versions they have.

Up to snow good when I'm here... Yay! A new go to spot for bingsoo that isn't in the bay. I used to frequent Mandro Teahouse, but now there's a place a lot closer to those in the Dublin / Livermore area. Located in a busy plaza next to McDonald's, Snow Bowl has a good amount of parking available. Good amount of tables inside to enjoy your dessert. There's a kiosk to order and the menu options are also displayed physically in front behind the register. Decent amount of options at average price points. You have the option to choose a size regular ($12) or large ($14). Regular is perfect for 2 people and large is more feasible for groups of 4/5. Not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive I've had! They have the classics (strawberry, mango, injeolmi) and even drinks. Saw a few people order just their drinks, so I definitely have to try that out next time. My friend and I got their regular strawberry bingsoo, which came out to $14.40 due to tax. It came with a side of condensed milk and two pieces of mochi. You can also add more toppings at extra charges from $2-$3. Their shaved ice is creamy and flavorful. The strawberries are thinly sliced and I got to have one with each bite. A little gluttonous of me, but I wish there was more mochi or it was cut up more small to have a piece with each bite LOL. I've had my fair share of bingsoo at other places like Sul & Beans, but they just don't nail that sweet and milky shaved ice texture like they do here... Refreshing to see a good bingsoo spot open up nearby and hope to be back soon! Glad it's not just ice and fruit.

Came to this tucked little spot to try their bingsu and it was good! You order on the kiosk and pick up your food on the counter when it's ready. The service was pretty fast. We got a mango and strawberry bingsu and both were so good! The texture of the ice was super soft and both the mango and strawberries were sweet. They also give you a side of condensed milk to pour which is my favorite part. We got a large bowl and was plenty enough to share between 2-3 people. Will definitely be coming back for the mango which was my favorite!

Walked in here post dinner and needless to say it hit the spot. Small place and possibly two people working so be ready to wait. We ordered a large mango bingsoo and easily was able to split that between our family of four. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. We'll definitely be back to try the other flavors. Give it a try if you're in the area.

The employee who helped us (a young African American Hispanic looking young girl) appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting customers. When I ordered a cone, she never asked what size or how many scoops I wanted and instead assumed a large waffle cone with two scoops. When I received my olive oil ice cream, it had cherry ice cream and crumbs mixed into it, making it seem like the scoop had not been properly cleaned between flavors. I strongly dislike cherry, so this was frustrating. My daughter then asked for a cup, and the employee's tone came across as rude and impatient. Fortunately, the young man at the register noticed what happened and was very kind. He apologized when he saw me trying to remove the cherry ice cream from my order, and his professionalism was appreciated. I've visited Salt & Straw in Newport Beach before and have always found the staff welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I was excited to bring my daughter to the San Ramon location, but unfortunately this visit did not reflect the level of service I've come to expect from the brand. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve the customer experience, because the ice cream is great, but the service left a lot to be desired.
