Everytime we go there and I'm sure everyone else that's used his service has seen, that he tells you one thing and then your now coming out with a higher bill then was told before. I came in for a problem with my truck and paid 1k for something he "thought" , it still had the same problem and he was already paid, I was told he'd take care of it and handle it. But he did not care , he figured since he was paid already it's not his problem apparently! I kept repeating in text to him I want my moneys worth, I came for a problem and still have it going on , it's YOUR JOB the profession YOU chose, I then went to go pickup my car and he told me he doesn't like being talked that way and to get in my car and go and he never wants to see me again. I found it funny a grown man chose to let his emotions get the best of him. I've always found it skeptical yet I kept coming here because my family uses this guy all the time. the first time I brought it back and my car still having the same problem, he did a oil change because he said the oil was very dirty and disgusting which it could've been, and said that it could be the issue of power outage, he told me he'll do another oil change after and see how it is. Today is the day I brought it back, as you see in the message he said he'd do the oil and I get back and check it and my oil is empty now. So is my gas, This guy is a joke. My mom even had her car there for 3 weeks! And the whole time he's been "waiting" on parts he went ahead and told her it was the pump for hers yet her car is still having the same issues even after replacing what he said it was. So as mine. I brought it there the first time working driving and next thing you know it wasn't driving @ all and he told me I needed to get that changed. Never even got the original problem I was there for fixed .. it amazes me how people like this are still around. Then again all mechanics are most likely not even trusted and this guy is one definitely one of them. I will be suing if any changes to my car is noticed. They also do consultation checks on your tires, brakes, and etc. They messaged me while my car was getting service and the results on everything. I also love how they offer a free shuttle car service. They will get a Lyft to drive your destination and if you want to, they can get a Lyft to pick you up from your destination to pick up your car. The place is nice and clean. Everyone is super nice. They definitely check everything and want you be satisfied. I definitely recommend this place!

The owner Omari is extremely unprofessional…read more I took my car after a crash to get a new body ordered, painted and installed. When I received the car: 1. The panels were secured by zip ties. 2. The air ducts were not installed because they ordered the wrong parts which I was billed for. 3. The paint was chipped throughout the hood. You could tell they painted it without sanding it. Round 2 Eventually the zip ties came off causing the flaps to bang against the wheels, damaging them as a result. Omari then charged me to order the air ducts to properly secure the body, as well as the bottom cover to attach to the panels. When I picked up my car Omari informed me that he had ordered the wrong bottom cover, but it's "fine and secure". On my drive home I found my car now made a loud whistle sound after the air ducts were installed incorrectly. Round 3 My panels then fell off while I was driving, nearly causing an accident and damaging the bottom of the new body. I went to BMW were they informed me that the panels were bolted on directly and held together by a clip. I texted the images to Omari of the side that fell off, and the side that was still attached to show him. If course he doesn't take responsibility because nothing is his fault. I've asked for receipts showing that he had ordered the correct retainer brackets and he ignored me for several days. And then asked for me to come in after he knew the car was already repaired. I have never in my life come anywhere this close to the level of terrible service at this excuse for a mechanic shop.
