She is a world class traveler and has been to spas around the world, and she was impressed by the experience here she received. You truly get pampered. I always feel like I get my money's worth. She checks on you to see if you are enjoying your experience and she quietly does her work so you can relax which is a plus for me. The pedicure and manicure look divine. They have tons of colors to choose from. I recommended the full treatment pedicure. My gel manicure lasts and I wash my hands fifty times a day! You won't regret coming here. I have read other negative reviews and just understand that people aren't machines. There is room for error. Human craftsmanship is never perfect but this is as close to perfect for a service as you can come.

After waiting about 10 mins, I was taken to a pedicure chair and felt everything was quite sanitary-- they used a cover in the pedicure and a new pack of tools. My nail tech (one of the men in the salon) didn't talk to me much or necessarily ask me what I wanted (nail shape, cuticles cut, etc) but I'm honestly not picky and will speak up if I have specifications. If you're someone who cares more or would prefer a more proactive approach, this might be a problem. He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed. Wish they were a bit more friendly but otherwise, excellent pedicure at just the time I needed it in a clean and sanitary environment. I'd return when I'm in the area!
