I went back and they fix it and a week later same result. Seems like they're using cheap products. I do not wash dishes so I don't get it. They also butchered my brows and I had a tattoo shape. Absolutely horrible! I told them not to file in my nail bed on the sides and the did which made me sore . Didn't paint all the way to the sides either,used green glitter on my blue when I wanted silver . They are supposed to be coffin nails, they are not! they just look like really skinny nails compared to the actual size of my nail and finger... quality work is not their specialty, far from it! Since moving here from Florida, I have found this place to be awesome. I always try to use Sunny for my pedicures as she does a wonderful job and takes her time with me. I went to get my nails done but since I was waiting decided to get a pedicure . They told me go to chair 3 , where I sat and she simple asked was water ok and what color . As I was getting my pedicure I ask what do you do about callus removal she rubbed the back and said your fine . Once I was done sitting drying I spoke to Ryan about not being satisfied because my feet where dry and the skin was cracked , They spoke back and forth he said you didn't get removal more money I said she didn't ask , I mention to her and she said your fine . they made it my issue instead of solving the problem .This was bad customer service and I will take my money somewhere else . read more

Came here to get my acrylic nails removed and was very disappointed. When I sat down there were flies all around the shop. The lady removing my nails kept pausing to scratch inside of her ears and then continued working on my nails. She kept using the drill to make my nails thinner and thinner despite the fact that I kept telling her it was causing me pain. My nails were left thin, uneven, lumpy and just plain awful. I was excited to use a gift card I had received from my friend for my birthday. She lives in another state and chose this salon as a blessing to me. I arrive at opening time and told the attendant about my gift card. I showed them the picture that was given to me as the gift card. At this point, I was told to go to table 5. The attendant was silent but thorough. He made no conversation and when he finally decided to ask me what shape of nails I wanted, he said "square, right?" To which I replied "no, coffin shape." He then huffed and paused in aggravation. While I was allowed to choose my color, he never asked me if I wanted gel or polish. When it was time to check out, I offered my gift card and the attendant told me someone else had already used it. "What?" She implied that I was not being truthful and that she had proof that it had already been used. She proceeded to argue with me and I felt embarrassed that I was treated so poorly. I would not have gone to have my nails done without a gift card. It was unfortunate. Bette customer service would have been to check the gift card ahead of time, that way, I would have been able to leave until it was sorted out. Bad customer service, pretty nails. read more

The place had a new fresh sunny look, remodeled since my last visit, and several accommodations to safety had been added. I felt totally secure. I absolutely love this salon. They always take care of me. I get acrylic or solar nails. They have so many colors & they also have different colored powders, which is fun! They always last for a few weeks and if I ever break one, the owners are happy to fix it. They have amazing prices and don't charge you an arm and a leg like most salons. I loveeeeeeee them. I had a nail nightmare and the guy named Sky fixed it! He was very fast but he still did a very good job with repairing my nails.. Customer service skills were a bit off and was awkward but my nails still look great after my visit almost two weeks ago. Updated Sky wasn't available when I came back to get my fill in so I went to a different lady at station #5. She started using gel powder and I told her I get acrylic she said its fine. I said no how much extra because I need to know what I'm paying for.. She told me it'll be $28 because I was missing a nail. So for one missing nail, a fill in and gel polish $28. When last time I had 5 missing nails nails' a fill in and gel polish. I asked would it be cheaper if she did acrylic powder.. She said no and gel is better. Honestly I was upset because I've had it done the other way for cheaper other places without a problem and secondly why is putting gel over my acrylic foundation better? At that point I just said whatever because I was there and the issue wasn't that big I just like to be told what's going on with my nails and what I'm paying for.. Okay.... I went here because I had a last minute need for a nail appt. I waited two hours to be sat (which I didn't complain because I didn't have an appt) I got my toes painted white .... looked like a first grader did them with white out .... I called and they were corrected without an issue ( a very nice lady did them instead of the guy) .... I got a gel French manicure on Tuesday and they were completely off by that sat! Total waste of money! The two stars is for the lady that redid my toe nails because they still look great but I paid a lot for the French manicure to be off within a few days! read more

Disappointed! I had been going to this nail salon for three months and was very happy on how they did my nails. They are very talented! But. They aren't clean :( I witnessed technicians drop implements on the floor and continue to use it on their clients. No sanitation. The station I would come to still had dust particles. And the worse part is: I decided to take my acrylics off to rest my nails for a bit and found green fungus bacteria on my nails which have never happened before. One lady told me I didn't drink enough water. And another said it was my finger and not their product. I've included pictures. Have been going here for about a year on and off. Each time I go my experience is horrible. I always return in hopes that it is a fluke, since everyone speaks so highly of them. But I have yet to go and leave pleased. I was just in a few days ago to get a full set, was planning on getting something Christmasy and cute. I was seated and my nails were started just moments after I got there which is great! However, it took the person doing my nails about an hour and a half before she was able to start painting... Ridiculous. I ended up not getting the designs I wanted because they only have one person on staff who can even do designs and I didn't want to wait around another hour for that. Before I paid she tried to get me to get my eyebrows done by telling me how horrible they looked, which does not make me want to spend my money here. When I handed her my card she promptly/rudely asked if I had cash for the tip because they do not like credit card tips and actually asked me to go to go to the bank and come back with cash for the tip. I started coming here 6 months ago & they had/have some talented nail techs. The turnover at this place is frequent & they treat their customers poorly. I waited 20 minutes when I had an appointment. Then I waited in the pedicure chair for a while longer. Then the manager pulled a tech off another clients' nails to do my pedicure & he finished the ladies nails. I would've been annoyed at that. My nail tech who is very talented argued with me because I Told him he didn't put top coat on one hand. I'm sitting there watching & he had the nerve to argue with me. I came to this salon and I didn't have to wait long but I was very impressed with my nails. Usually when got my nails done they always looked too wide and thick for my nail bed. I asked for a regular French manicure. First female technician started my nails and then she passed me onto a different person because the white polish was too thick and she couldn't do it right. Next person takes all paint off my one hand, never cleans off the nail polish remover with water and paints on top of nail polish remover. The new owner/manager Lena has a very warm welcoming personality. She runs a very strict shop too. One of the employees that stayed after she purchased it did an absolutely abysmal job on my nails. Lena had me return as soon as I could and she re-did them beautifully. She also fired the former employee which I thought spoke volumes about her quality standards and just how her employees deal with customers. I wish I would have requested one of the women because the man doing my nails was about as lively as a dead fish. He was more concerned with the game on the television than giving me a pedicure. The woman at the front desk was very friendly but the service of the pedicure was significantly below average and I won't be returning. After reading reviews about this place I was kind of on the fence about going.... But I went and I enjoyed it. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The pedicure area was a bit cramped. My chair didn't work... So no massage for me (big bummer!) The gentleman who did my pedicure was excellent though!! He did a great job at cleaning up my cuticles (which were horrendous!) and taking care to not make me bleed. The actual foot/leg massage was a bit different than what I'm used to but hey it worked. Now on to the eyebrows. The lady did awesome! I haven't been this happy about my eyebrows in a long time! I usually do them myself, but I decided to take a chance since I'm here for work and didn't really have the time to do them. Love them! I wish I could take her everywhere with me LOL Ok ok so why 4 stars? Well my chair didn't work and well the pedicure section is a bit cramped. This place was amazing. I called 15 nail salons to get in because they have been closed for a while and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and was able to squeeze me into a slot. I believe it was the owner who picked up and she couldn't have been nicer when I walked in. I got there and they took the corona virus very serious. As soon as you walk in you're asked to wash your hands and sign a waiver which I liked. Each station had a plastic guard up, and it was very clean. I'm sorry to say that I do not remember the women's name who did my deluxe pedi but she was incredible! Not only was she the nicest, she was the best. They did a lavender soak, hot stone, clay mask, oiled and lotioned. She got all the calluses off of my feet and even pressed on every pressure point to release any tension. That meant a lot to me cause I'm always on my feet at work and my feet haven't been feeling the best, but they feel new now! The polish job was perfect as well and they had a huge selection of colors to choose from. I live in the Baltimore area but I'll be back here. read more
