His total lack of professionalism and lack of a quality job, he was very very slow moving, arriving, his total demeanor was lame and lazy. When reported (and sent pics) to owner, owner did not even apologize for our time wasted, showing up late or the terrible job. When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. I called on a Wednesday and we spoke over the phone about the pet accidents that I wanted to be steam cleaned and deodorized. Marcus asked me a few questions to determine the layout of the space (at the top of the stairs there's a hallway leading to the master, etc.), and quoted me a price over the phone based on that description. He was able to come over on Friday, just two days after my initial call! Great turn-around time! Marcus graciously called me prior to his arrival and then again when he arrived. I appreciated the communication. He politely removed his slippers prior to entering my home, and began his work just after 9am, and by 12 he was all packed-up, including cleaning up after himself and his equipment. He utilized multiple sinks along the way and wiped down everything - wouldn't even know he was here! He did my master bedroom (kindly worked around my furniture), long hallway and the stairs. Total cost was $172. He got all the stains out and it smells and looks a million times better. Late Arrival & Excuses: They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM but only notified me at the exact time that they'd be late due to cleaning another place late the night before. They didn't show up until 10 AM, despite knowing I had taken time off work to be there. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, they suddenly mentioned waiving a "last-minute booking fee" - a charge I was never informed about until it was convenient for them. 2. Incomplete & Poor Cleaning: When I returned at 3 PM, the apartment was not properly cleaned despite being completely empty. Some of the worst issues included: * Kitchen drawers left untouched, still containing items. * Guest bathroom tub & washer/dryer covered in hair and dust. * Master shower left soaking wet with no attempt to dry it. * Floors still dirty--my feet were black just from walking around. * Sliding doors, window sills, and vents still filled with dirt and debris. * Microwave left filthy with chunks of food, including a piece of pizza. * Washer & dryer surfaces untouched--covered in dust and grime. 3.
