I was in contact with a few companies but Ohana extraction was quick to respond but most of all courteous and friendly. They had availability as soon as I needed it and I made the appointment. Marcus arrived promptly and had all of his equipment on a very nice neat looking cart that fit into my elevator. I made myself busy organizing my closet and gave him the space needed. The machine makes a little bit of noise but not enough to aggravate me or my neighbors. In under 3 hours my couch looked like it was brand new again! He used a protectant to coat the couch so next time there are spills it won't be so affected. I would like to commend Marcus on his hard work. My apartment has ceiling fans and no AC. I called on a Wednesday and we spoke over the phone about the pet accidents that I wanted to be steam cleaned and deodorized. Marcus asked me a few questions to determine the layout of the space (at the top of the stairs there's a hallway leading to the master, etc.), and quoted me a price over the phone based on that description. He was able to come over on Friday, just two days after my initial call! Great turn-around time! Marcus graciously called me prior to his arrival and then again when he arrived. I appreciated the communication. He politely removed his slippers prior to entering my home, and began his work just after 9am, and by 12 he was all packed-up, including cleaning up after himself and his equipment. He utilized multiple sinks along the way and wiped down everything - wouldn't even know he was here! He did my master bedroom (kindly worked around my furniture), long hallway and the stairs. Total cost was $172. He got all the stains out and it smells and looks a million times better. I'm so bummed I didn't take "before" pictures, but the after pictures make these old carpets look brand new! Thank you again! Without hesitation I'd call "Ohana" gain!

I show up at my apartment at 7pm and the Anna, the cleaning lady does not come until 7:45pm. Company was testing my patience but stuff happens so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Anna finished her cleaning around 11:30pm. I felt bad that she had to work so late, but remembered it was not my fault that she had to reschedule and on top of that come late. She claimed she was finished and I took her word for it, which I horribly regret. I had my move out inspection the next day. Anna did not bother to clean the exterior of the fridge, any of the windows or screens, missed alot of spots inside the oven, missed alot of spots in the cabinets, missed alot of spots on the floor, etc. It was embarrassing doing the move out inspection with my landlord. I paid Anna and her cleaning company $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged by my landlord $380. I paid $580 total. I expect the $200 full refund from this company.

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us.
