I adore them, let me count the ways: As people: Kind, honest, truthful, humorous, supremely nice and of course total sweethearts. As business owners: They have a vision they are working toward to expand services and grow the business, they answer the phone, offered extremely reasonable rates (we ought to talk about raising your rates!), confirmed that they would be there. As cleaners: They arrived early, stayed late, and did a phenomenal job! The floors gleamed, the appliances sparkled and Shea even changed a lightbulb for me, ;-) while he concentrated in the kitchen /laundry room and Josh concentrated on the restroom/bedroom. I needed a deep cleaning performed along with windows and blinds on a specific date prior to our listing of our home in Rocklin. Very happy with Aloha Cleaning! They were recommended to me by a friend who uses their service so I was already feeling good about them. When I contacted Shea by email he always responded back to me the same day. He was flexible with the schedule and heard my desires and wants for specific cleaning. I wanted a team that was COVID vaccinated and would respect my desire for masking when we interacted, and Shea treated my requests with respect and consideration. I don't mind telling you, they had their work cut out for them as I hadn't done any deep cleaning myself for almost 3 months! First of all I must apologize to Shea for not getting this done sooner. I offered to do one after the deep clean they did to my house. But as in life, I got busy and forgot. So I'm sorry! I was looking for a company to do a deep clean before a house party I was hosting. After contacting multiple places and obtaining quotes, I was able to come across Aloha. They had great reviews and now I know why. From the first contact by email, Shea was quick to respond And he was able to get out within the time I needed the house cleaned. When they arrived they immediately went to work and were meticulous in cleaning the whole house. At one point I went into the kitchen and Shea had pulled the refrigerator out and was wiling down the wall and cleaning underneath it. Something that I hadn't done or had done in years. They did such a great job on my house, I Requested them to come for a monthly service. I felt completely at ease with them being in my house. So much that I gave him the garage code to come and go as needed for when he comes to clean the house and nobody is home. I'm pretty pissed off right now so bear with me while I tell you what this guy Shea did to me. Just a bit of back story to put this into perspective. We recently bought a new house and I am carrying two mortgages. The last thing that needed to be done before listing was to have it cleaned. I looked on Yelp and saw that Aloha Cleaning was in the same town as the house and that it was highly rated. Here is what happened: Me (Email) - House is empty and we require pre-sale (move out) cleaning on September 30th, preferably in the morning. House is 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath about 1800 square feet. Are you available? Thank you! Shea Faria (Email) - Our earliest opening is Saturday October 1st @ 9:00 am. Would this day work for you? Me (Email) - That would be fine thank you. Then Shea sent me a list (email) of their standard services... all of which come with the move out package. We indicated that there some extra services we were interested in. Shea responds back (email in the afternoon) with the quote and tells us we need to call a third party for some of the requsted services. To be honest there was something at the bottom saying "Please Confirm" but I assumed it was the quote I was confirming because in my mind I had confirmed the date when he offered Oct 1st and I accepted. I sent his quote to my wife that night so she can take a look. The next morning Shea leaves me a voicemail stating that I had lost my date because I didn't confirm and "first come first serve". It hadn't even been 24 hours and he cancelled my date but I could have a new date two weeks away. wtf. My feelings on this: 1. If you give me a date and I accept then it's confirmed. Don't ask me to confirm the date again. 2. If you show a service on your price list it's your responsibility to arrange that service. If I wanted to shop at Johnny's Super Clean I'd have went straight to Johnny. 3. At a bare minimum you should give a customer 24 hours to confirm something. 4. Telling me "first come first serve" is insulting. I was first. Even if you had a 1 hour confirmation time that would still mean that you found another customer that wanted my time slot, who did all of the email back and forth and the paperwork with a final confirmation between mid-afternoon and mid-morning the next day. Ridiculous. 5. Call me BEFORE you give my date away not after. How stupid is that? So, regardless of any response, this guy screwed me into the ground. It's going to cost me major dollars due to a delay in listing and I do not appreciate it. read more

There have been some issues since I last reviewed. After I gave them a 5 star review they came about 2 more times and then dropped me saying I was out of their service area. Why take me in the first place then? I stick by my updated review. If you think it is an insult to ask for a lower price for an extra (by your standards) that most cleaners will do as part of their service, then you must have very compliant customers who won't question your pricing tactics. That's fine. That just isn't me. I want to pay a fair wage and I am to my current cleaners. They come on time, everything looks great, make no excuses, and don't charge me to make 3 beds. read more

Aloha Cleaning did a great deep clean, and also cleaned my blinds and windows. Shea has a great attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. After he and his assistant left, I noticed that there was still soap scum in the master shower, which his assistant had been in charge of cleaning. I recently booked JFS to clean my grandparents home while I was visiting for the holidays and let me tell you it was the best cleaning service I have ever worked with. It's simple 1. They showed up on time, they were clean cut and I felt super comfortable about having them clean my granny and gramps house. They spoke English (not to be racist but I have had cleanings go bad because things were lost in translation) and were very courteous and funny. 2. They were very clear and fair with pricing!!!!! 3.
