Very fast service and friendly staff. My grandson and 5 of his classmates needed their uniforms pressed for graduation from Corrections Academy and they had it done in less then 5 hours. They are all from outer Islands and was very thankful because graduation is on Friday and this was on the Saturday before.I called the day before and explained the need and the owner was very friendly and he advised of his hours and days of operation and best way to have it done and after when my grandson took the uniforms there first thing Saturday he addressed my grandson with Hi are you the one with the uniforms and a friendly conversation and service was great and fast. The owner (Lance) has been a staple here for years. He's friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always professional. He remembers little things about you and gives advice on proper garment care. Uncle Lance is awesome - he really treats me and his customers like family. I love that they're open on Saturdays and reasonably priced. My one concern is parking/location: they're located in a small strip mall on the forever busy Farrington Highway and the parking lot is crammed when shared with the barbershop. I recently took a dress that I'd worn for formal night on a cruise ship. I'm sorry I didn't get the man's name but I see him every time I take clothes in for dry cleaning. He told me my dress needed to be hand washed in a very mild detergent (like dish washing soap). If he tried dry cleaning the dress, the sparkles would come off. He checked the label on the dress (something I should have done) and said it should be hand washed. I'm so glad I took it to him. Any other cleaner would probably take the dress and clean it and charge me a high price for it. I trust taking all my clothes to Waipahu Dry Cleaners whenever I need to get my clothes cleaned. read more

I've been going to this dry cleaner since I was a child. Well I wasn't bringing my clothes but my parents brought their clothes and I came along. And I still come here to bring my coats, dresses, blouses and my husband's suits. The owners are very friendly and efficient. The owner always makes small talk and asks how my family is doing. I really appreciate this personal interest. It's that personal customer service that brings their rating above average. They will always have the cleaning done on time as promised. Of course you can rush if you need yours done faster than three days. The prices are reasonable. They take credit card. Are very organized. If you want to support a local family then definitely come here for your dry cleaning needs. The parking seems like there isn't enough parking. But they have two reserved stalls right in front that have always been available when I go. And keep in mind they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So plan accordingly. read more

Came to pick up a couple of my dads suits. My first time bc my mom usually does this but right from the start this middle age man gives me attitude! Nothing friendly about him. He couldn't even find the suits! I walked out pissed and as I was sitting in the car I could see that he finally found it. My sister goes in instead to pay and she encountered the same thing. Rudeness and no customer service whatsoever. After she paid he stood there staring at her not bothering to give the suits. My sister had to walk up and grab it herself.
