Checked back in, and was given one of the orders that was sitting there since I entered the restaurant. I told the person working the counter that I was here when the order was right behind her the whole time and had to wait for 15 minutes without being notified at all. No sympathy or apology. I understand a busy restaurant is hard to work through, and I know the position the worker has been in. But if you are going to incorrectly tell a customer to wait, at least apologize and own up to it. Not sure exactly how the takeout system works, but if it's difficult to tell which orders are complete, there's probably something wrong with the system. The only reason this review isn't 3 stars is because the food was as delicious as I remember it, and thankfully it wasn't cold after I waited for no reason. That being said, I will be coming back for sure. It's hard to stay away from the souvlaki for long, and I'm glad to see that business is doing well. Just make sure you tip accordingly *after* you get your service.
