This place took forever and my kids nails look sooooo bad. Look literally worse then when we came. Been here for almost 2 hours just to get a manicure and pedicure. The way they cut and shaped them looks horrible. The first bad sign was that the lady how on plastic gloves that didn't even fit as she started. Came home and her cuticles hadn't even been pushed back. I think with nail salons some technicians are good and some are bad, and we just got the worst technician since I brought my daughter, sooooo frustrating. Follow up: It's been 5 days since my gel pedicure and 4 days since I came in to get my pinky toe painted. Now 3 of my toes the polish is completely off. Never in my life have I ever had gel polish just come off an entire nail like this. I'm not sure what polish is being used but I'm so disappointed that this is happening after spending money to have a nice service done and not having it last even a week. read more

This was my wife and I's first time here and honestly we were going to another shop near us but I'm very glad to have found this place. The space is very clean modern and comfortable. Everyone was attentive and friendly. One woman in particular had a wonderful energy that just lit up the space. I only go to nail salons to curb my horrific genetic curse of ingrown toenails and I can say that they were gentle where they needed to be and really put their back into it where I needed them to lol. I tried Aloha for the first time, because my usual nail salon seemed to be closed that day. The people at Aloha who did my gel manicure and pedicure were very pleasant. I would come back, except two nails peeled off the gel polish on Day 3 after they were done. All I was doing was wrapping a present. Three nails on my other hand are chipped. I always do gel when I get a manicure, and I am always careful afterward, and my nails usually last for weeks. I did not even get a week with the same level of care taken afterward, so something is different with their polish or gel quality, compared to where I usually go. It's too bad, because they are very nice, but I want more than three days when I get a gel manicure and will go back to where I normally go next time. read more

My girlfriend has been down on herself due to medical issues and needed a pick-me-up to remind her how gorgeous she is. It cost my girlfriend $120 to get her hands and feet done...a lot of money when you are unable to work...and when she got to the car, she burst out into tears. They made her feel like she was an inconvenience and bad for not liking the color and felt bullied like the staff was a bunch of "mean girls" in high school. Then the girl who did her nails gave her such an ugly attitude because she didn't "tip them high enough" when they put her on the spot. Came as a walk in appointment and was greeted and sat in a chair right away. Lauren and Tracy were very friendly and professional. Very sweet ladies. I got the Waikiki pedi and all the products smell so good. The environment is relaxing and really does have tropical vibe so it lives up the name.
