Very friendly staff! I called ahead to see if they do walk in and how much a basic manicure was ($20 cash). I walked in and it was so peaceful. Everyone nicely talking to each other with some soft music in the background. Tina helped make my hands look pretty again! I'm a sucker for chrome so once she said they had it I went for it. Loved her work in the flowers. She showed me her design book when we're done and now I can't wait to come back and get some acrylics from her. Does anyone know how much a full set of acrylics are I forgot to ask lol

Very nice staff and I loved the way my nails look, however, my nail tech, cut 5 of my cuticles to the point they are causing me alot of pain. I didn't notice until I got home. I understand that happens sometimes but 5 is a bit excessive. I'm applying Neosporin ointment because they hurt so bad. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be returning for services

Tina is the best when it comes to nails. They last almost a month and she takes care me. I would go to her if you're looking for a new nail lady. I also go to Kim for my toes, she is by far my favorite. I have been coming to her for almost 5 years. She always fits me in.

If you are in a hurry, this is the place for you! They aren't kidding as every pedicure is just an "express" pedicure with more add ons. You would think that would make it take longer but it really doesn't seem to. Add the rushed service to the obnoxious amount of up sell questions throughout the 20 minutes you are getting the service and you've made for one very NOT relaxing experience. Not to mention, they charged me full price for my 10 year old which is fine, except we ordered the same number pedicure and I got all of the add ons and she did not. She legit got the kids cut, nail file, 2 minute lotion rub special but I was charged full price. I was done and dry within 30 minutes and she was done a good 10 minutes before me. This place is a pass for me! I'm still on the hunt for a great pedicure! read more

Nice place. People are friendly. Takes walk-ins and has staff available for you. Clean too. Open M-Sat 9-7PM & Sun 10-5pm Prices are fair and reasonable especially in this economy. I got a basic gel French tip pedicure for $55. It looks nice too. She took special care of me where I asked for it. They ask if you're paying card or cash. I paid card for the service and cash for tip. She seemed pleased with that. I like this place. In the Barron's and original yellow basket parking lot/shopping center. I would recommend this nail salon. read more

Seriously the worst gel manicure and pedicure I've ever had. The place wasn't even busy both techs seemed rushed. One employee brought her two year-old to work with her. They don't offer you even a water. Needless to say $150 later out the door for the cheapest most basic services is insane the quality of work is horrible. You can see the tips of my fingernails like I chipped them with me wearing red nail polish smh what a waste of money. I will never go back there again oh and when I tipped them they were talking trash because I only gave them five dollars per service. I'm sorry but they didn't even deserve that seriously never again. The only reason I went there instead of my normal place is because I was in the area for wk live and learn! read more

I like this place. Pretty inexpensive and not busy so I can always sneak in for a quick mani-pedi. Only wish they lasted a bit longer as they do chip pretty quickly so maybe they aren't using great materials. But hey, they're cheap so you can't have it all! Overall, I'd recommend. read more

I started to come to this establishment from a recommendation. I have come a total of 3 times and the first 2 times were great and the workers very friendly. I was planning on making this place my go to. However, when I went to get my acrylics removed my experience was different. The nail tech set up acetone to remove them, then the tech Lily came in and told her to lift them off instead. Lily removed them by lifting them and damaged my nails. Even the original tech made a face but I wanted to trust them because they are the professionals. It has taken a month and they are still breaking constantly. Everyone else was so nice but I won't be going back because of the damage. read more

After two days I had to go back because one just fell right off and now four days after that all six are gone!! I called and requested a refund and they were completely rude and refused to do so! Just had my adorable Halloween French manicure done by Diane at luxury nails. The decor of the location is beautiful complete with floating butterflies on the ceiling. It's a nice quiet vibe with videos of yummy cooking on the TV and pop music playing softly in the background everyone who works in this location does an amazing job and quality is never skipped. I took my wife to go get pedicures I was really excited this was the second time we have gone to luxury nail they did a great job on my wife but unfortunately did little to nothing for me even though we got the same package and paid the same price they all together skipped the Calais treatment and more or less soaked my feet and rubbed olive oil on them because I had a cut on the bottom of one of my feet I was disappointed and we won't be back unfortunately read more

Lily did an amazing job on my daughter's nails. Tina gave me one of the best massages ever during my pedicure. I wish I would have asked the other two nail techs who did my other daughters nails their names as well because they also did a fantastic job. Finding a new nail tech after my nail lady moved to LA has been a nightmare, but Paris Nails & Spa…read morewas by far the worst experience yet. Despite the salon being completely empty, the service was a disaster from start to finish. Two techs worked on me simultaneously, yet both failed completely: Pedicure: The tech filed my toenails completely unevenly. The French tips were crooked, the massage was nonexistent, and they spent the whole time distracted, cleaning up around them without even setting a timer. Manicure: The tech appeared hungover or intoxicated--sweating, sniffling, and smelling strongly of alcohol. They rushed through filing, leaving every nail a different shape and size. When the French tips turned out sloppy, they actually blamed the shape of my fingers. After watching them get visibly frustrated while rushing through the paint job, I gave up trying to correct him. I have been a regular at LUXURY NAILS SALON for a couple of years now and I can't say enough complimentary things about this salon. First and foremost, the staff is incredibly welcoming, efficient and skilled. LYNN, the owner, along with all the other ladies really go above and beyond to make every customer feel comfortable and valued. They really treat every client as an individual giving them the best service and recommendations based on their specific needs. Aside from the that, the salon is always clean and organized. The tools and equipment are always clean and I personally feel more comfortable getting pedicures in the individual tubs rather than in a typical salon chair because it's more sanitary. I have been to the salon early in the morning and late at night before closing and I constantly see the staff cleaning and organizing throughout the day. The results are amazing. All of the staff is incredibly skilled. They take the extra time to make sure your nails turn out exactly as you want them, this isn't the kind of salon that rushes you out the door to move on to the next client. I have been getting shellac gel polish for awhile now and my nails have never been damaged when they are removed, which I have experienced at several other salons. They also last forever, I work in retail and I'm constantly using my hands. The shellac usually holds up for 2-3 weeks which is impressive considering how hard I am on my nails. read more

Let's just say I am VERY picky about Nail Salons, but I have to say I love this place. I go here with my daughter, and we are always greeted with smiling faces as they ask how we are, and make us feel extremely welcome and not rushed making it a more personal friendly experience than the norm. Even when super busy they still acknowledge every customer which is nice. Their polish selection is great (lots of OPI), and gel selection is hands down the best. They usually have great specials, just ask if interested. There's no hidden charges here. The owner Lily does amazing nails, as do the rest of the staff. They really take their time, and actually will turn you away if you want to be a "rushed 20 min job"... With pedicures they massage you for over 5 minutes, and actually MASSAGE your feet.... Its amazing! Another plus, you can get your car washed right next door at Bear Car Wash while you get your nails done, they do an amazing job too (another review I guess) :) Go here!! I read the review of Karina L in Wildomar. I agree with her comments about the lady name is Monica. She did my nail, but she wasn't paying attention and not doing a good job. During this time, she sent text message, answered her phone, and talked a lot with her friend on the phone....when I tell her to fix my nail, she was unhappy, and after that her eyes looked at me look like I am a giant animal. She doesn't provide good service, and she didn't know customer is important. Warning every one: I also saw the salon used dirty towels, files has polish on it, buffer....previous customers due to next customer. Fungus can sent to you and your family. No welcome customer. Service was bad. Price menu is expensive. Luxury is absolutely wrong name. I will never come back again !!! read more

I would give this place ZERO star if I could! I have been getting Smoothing Pedicure $28. But paraffin is hot, it burn me. I said with the lady do for me: It too hot look like burn my feet, but she does not care, she keep going to put my feet in. My feet still pink color 2-3 days later. After done my. She took paraffin bag go to room in the back??? I did not see her trashcan paraffin wax. Where is paraffin plastic bag go? the salon might use again for next clients??? I also saw they're clean spa pedicure chairs very quick and simple by soap green color and cover it by big towels. They're unsanitary spa chair. Soap can not kill fungus. you agree with me? I had the most amazing experience at this nail salon yesterday! I came in for a mani-pedi and left feeling like a total queen. My French nails came out absolutely perfect -- the most gorgeous clean tips with delicate nail art, and I haven't stopped staring at my hands since! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon was spotless and had such a relaxing vibe -- exactly what I needed. Orange County and I'm seriously considering driving over the hill to continue to see Monica instead of trying to find someone else. I've tried other nail salons in the area and wasn't too impressed, but I was a walk-in for a pedicure today, and I must say that Kay did an excellent job. She was very enthusiastic in her personality, and very thorough and did not seem to be hurried. The products used were fragrant but not over powering. She told them her appointment was for 1 hour earlier and they looked like they had no idea what she was talking about. The manager starts yelling at us while I'm in the middle of getting my full set done (the same lady who did my pedicure did my full set), saying we needed to make an appointment if we wanted my mom to get a pedicure done... we literally did though It was in their appointment book. We were treated like garbage and yelled at for 15 minutes. The manager started pacing around the store, angrily typing in her phone. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 (I'd give negative stars if possible) was because my manicurist/pedicurist seemed apologetic. Literally no one else out of the 7 or so people working there acknowledged us. Terrible terrible people. Terrible terrible service. Maybe other customers had better experiences, but I will NEVER give my business to Nail Bar ever again for the disrespect and humiliation we received.

So I decided to give them a second go. Since I don't get my nails done as often as I used to I did a walk in & the plus side was sat down immediately. Thrilled to have found Letting Go in early March when Lorraine put me on a waiting list and got me in on a Friday when another customer cancelled. Perfect timing, too, because it was just a few days prior to me and my mother putting ourselves on "house arrest" because of the C-Virus scare. Although Lorraine is a "nail artist," I told her I only wanted something similar to what I have been doing a long time; purple base with glitter. I asked her, don't you have samples you can show me from a bottle? She says, "We don't do it that way here. I custom-make your gel colour and glitter to your specifications." I showed her some pix of my nails from the other salon, and she used that as a starting point. Now that I trust her implicitly, I will likely let her come up with her own purple colour and glitter ideas next time. It is nearly a month since I had the work done and only ONE nail is starting to chip so far. I hope I can hold out until my house arrest is over, like another month, by clipping the nails carefully. This is a small intimate salon, not crowded with people since is appointment only. Unlike most other salons, the technicians are not rushing, so plan extra time for this type of quality. Also, be prepared to pay more money here than at an assembly line salon, but it is worth every penny of it. (My last nail shop couldn't even get the colours straight cuz the samples were often in the wrong spot with the wrong number). That can't happen here because there are no samples with numbers! I can't wait to go back for my hands and feet, hopefully by late May!
