The pick up lady then picked up my cat and the blanket while complaining about not wanting to wrap her then proceeded to say she feels like she weighs more than 10lbs and I will have to pay the difference if the scale procves she weighs more. Incredibly inconsiderate. Horrible experience. All of this was said in front of my 9yr old daughter as well. Very unprofessional and rude. ***After the owner/driver saw my review, she brought my deceased cat and dropped her off in front of my garage after having her for 24hrs. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Unprofessional, Rude, and Zero Compassion DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid online for pet cremation services and were given a confirmed pickup time of 12PM -1 PM. Instead, the woman showed up at 11:20 AM, over 40 minutes early, and then acted upset and inconvenienced that we weren't home yet. We were already in Kapolei and told her we could be back up Makakilo in five minutes. When we arrived, she stood outside shaking her head angrily, and the first thing she said was, "You know I've been waiting." She then complained about how she had other pickups in Waianae and how she "drove all the way from Honolulu," as if that was somehow our fault. We reminded her she gave us the 12-1 PM window and we had no reason to expect her 40 minutes early. She admitted it was her fault but was still mad that we weren't"ready." When we told her our pet was ready and we would bring him out immediately, she refused, saying she didn't want to wait. Then she yelled, "You know what? I'll refund you. I'm not coming back." and left. As of now, she still has not refunded us, even though she said she would. We're still waiting, and if the refund doesn't come through, we will be reporting her for fraud! After this experience, we looked at other reviews and noticed the exact same complaints: - Rude behavior - No patience - Rushing families - Lying about time frames - Zero sympathy or compassion Dealing with the loss of a fur baby is already heartbreaking. Losing Nala too quickly was so devastating and we were so lost what to do with the process. She passed early morning on Sunday. We found this service on Yelp and got a response back right away. Our minds were not in the right places because of such a tragic situation but the lady called us beforehand to make sure we prepare Nala's body in certain manner. She also called us again maybe 10? Minutes earlier than her arrival to our home. In short, we had enough time to prepare Nala's body and say goodbye. When the lady came in, she was caring and understanding how difficult to lose a loved one. We truly felt so fortunate to have such a service on Sunday. Nala came back to us after 5 days. They even made sure someone could receive it for not leaving it under rain etc. I was very grateful to see the urn wrapped in a beautiful way. I felt this was very personal and warmed my heart. I needed to find someone that could help me with the cremation of my fur baby. I filled out the form, selected the service I needed, submitted my payment. Within an hour Alicia called me back. We scheduled that same evening for her to come and pick my baby up. Alicia is very helpful and compassionate. She told me that it would take 7 days and that she would call me to schedule the drop off. Alicia called me 7 days as she said, but I wasn't home so she told me if I would be ok waiting another day. This is something nobody wants to face, losing our precious angels, our fur babies. I called & I didn't even leave a message, but Alicia was kind enough to call me back when she saw my missed call & left me a message (although she must be crazy-busy!) We spoke to another pet crematory in the meantime, and they didn't do anything wrong, there just wasn't a lot of emotion in the call, and the prices were much higher. When we did speak with Alicia after that, she was full of sympathy and empathy, in a difficult time. Terrible. The lady that picked up my dog was very rude. I shyly apologized that ants had already come over my dog's face after less than teo hours. She interrogated me asking where I left my dog. I told her I left my dog inside my house in the foyer right by my front door. The lady looked shocked and said she's not going to have ants in her car. She said she expected my dog to be wrapped head to toe in a tone that suggested I was supposed to know that. Made me feel like I am beneath her and don't deserve her help. This was my first dog and I didn't know to keep him wrapped head to toe less than two hours after the euthanasia to keep ants away. If you need ppl to do that maybe list it clearly on your webpage. So I knocked all the ants off onto the grass on the sidewalk and carefully wrapped my dog in the cotton sheath I had with him- head to toe as instructed and handed him to the driver. She huffed as she put my dog in the hack of her SUV next to the other dog complaining that the other customer she just had did the same thing.
