I had to call them last minute because my friend's roof on her house flew off and she couldn't watch my cats. Joann and Steve came to the rescue and assured me that the cats would be fine. The woman who answered was named Bonnie, and this time, she said yes to my Belgian Malinois. She even encouraged me to tour the kennel. I did, and was I impressed! The kennels were huge and clean! My hubby and I take trips that are at least 3-4 weeks long. Since the pandemic ended, we have been on 3 long trips and a few shorter trips. I trust Bonnie and her husband completely.
