People are dying and it's not dramatic, it's real that my grandma is out of breath and out the door behind my uncle for the same reason. She said that it was not related, that they are a service and they are not responsible for our personal lives, and hung up on me--even though not having water is what is contributing to the death of our family. My uncle couldn't breathe or lift anything heavy and he was forced to carry water all around the property until someone came. And no one did. In the same vein now, my grandma has an inhaler and is carrying water all around her house just to flush the toilets with ulcerative colitis with no one to come and help her.
