It tends to overpower everything! The fruits and toppings were really fresh and they also use local raw honey. I should've asked for less honey because the combo of honey and banana made the bowl overwhelmingly sweet for my tastebuds. There is a single bench along the wall of the establishment that I make my kids sit on while they enjoy their treats. Shave ice is also available and Sunbeams has saved me trips to Haleiwa when my kids feel like having shave ice. Customer service is excellent. If we have a large order, someone will come out and bring our items out on a tray. Really great effort when they can just place our order in the window for us to take.

I wasn't a huge fan of Mac salad and the lettuce on the bottom but I understand why the plating was how it was so it's not a negative thing. The locomoco was dry and overcooked. I wasn't satisfied with this one and it unfortunately did affect my ratings. The party smelt amazing but as I bit into it, it was extremely crunching and a little bland in flavor. I think the gravy was great and wish I had more of the gravy to help the patty. The food came out fairly quickly and the staff was kind in bringing out the food. My only wish was that they would have had fans outside or something, to disperse the flies more easily--those were quite pesky. Great spot if you're up in North Shore and/or getting some rock climbing or hiking in out near Mokuleia!
