Aloha RV was joke! They tried to confuse and be underhanded in their quote. I had a deal in the works with another dealer for the same brand / model, also in stock at Aloha Rv. I told them the other dealer's price ($29,995) and the trade value ($7,000). Aloha salesman called, told me that they would beat the other dealers price / deal. YEAH RIGHT! They were "beating" the deal by trying to hide a $4,000 'down payment' to add to the 'slap in the face' trade value of only $4,000...... (I was paying cash to begin with). Sure, they just made it LOOK like a better deal, BUT I would have paid $30,000 in cash vs. the $26,000 that I paid to the other dealer! They are underhanded and untrustworthy! I will never step foot in their store again! This was a second try to buy an RV from them.... they were just as bad the first time. I purchased our first RV from a different dealer 600 miles away, even paid an additional $1500 to have it delivered. I still saved over $3500 doing so..... read more

I was involved in an accident with my travel trailer and contacted Aloha RV at the behest of a friend. I needed an adjustment on the hitch to get things right again. I spoke with Virginia in service who was prompt, polite and friendly. She got me in and set-up. The service tech, Todd, was absolutely terrific as well. This is a professional team who knows what they're doing and offers really first-rate service. As someone who worked in service at an RV dealership I can say this team is as good as it gets and I am already a fan of their service department. The ol' bait & switch. They advertise terrific affordable trailers and when you drive MILES to get there they say, "Oh, that thing sold a long time ago." Then you yell at them to take down the ad and sure enough it's still up, luring in the next unsuspecting customer. What an effing joke. Don't confuse this lot with the other Aloha nearby. I called Aloha RV and needed my 22' Travel Trailer winterized. They were able to get me scheduled for that day. They did an great job with the winterizing of my trailer and the charge with tax was 206.00 and some change. They did a 12 point inspection for free. They got it ready to me to store. However, they made one big mistake and that was that they left the vent on the top of the roof open. If I hadn't caught it and closed it up, it would have gone into storage which is outdoors, the rain and snow would have gotten inside and ruined the trailer. read more

Customer service was a joke and no help at all, glad that I didn't spend my hard earned money with this company! I suggest you do the same. I left 500.00 deposited for a travel trailer, didn't end up getting went back to pick up 500.00 cash, and their telling me I have to wait a week for a check to be mailed out the sales man should of that part UPFRONT! Our experience started out fine. However, when about to close sale we were left waiting for over 2hrs while salesman went back and forth into sales office. Items originally agreed upon were taken away and promises left unfulfilled. Ultimately seemed they left us waiting trying to persuade us to purchase expensive warranties after declined. Also , refused cash deal by removing discount unless we financed. At the end when tired of waiting and letting salesman Johnny Moya know deal was off, Johnny said he was insulted that we would leave deal he worked so hard on. We explained how we felt and his response was other dealerships would treat us the same.Regardless we were there 2-1/2 hours of wasted time, salesman nor sales manager even contacted us after all this. After picking up my Little Guy Teardrop trailer for repairs it looked like someone had ransacked the interior. It was in pristine, neat, orderly condition when I dropped if. Its obvious the tech that worked on it didn't give a SH#T about that. Nice bedding was balled up thrown in a corner. Personal items stored in access compartments were left on the floor, on the bed, the kitchen sink. The new shower head they replaced was unhooked lying on bath floor. The custom made seat cushions and backs were left lying the floor. When they told me my furnace was fixed just by cleaning, I disputed that and requested that they test it using my experience. They later called and found a bad sale sensor, which makes sense after my input. The service department is a total disgrace. read more

3/31/22 We discovered a leak under our shower and called them at around 4 pm on 3/30/22 and explained our problem and that we were traveling through. Mark fit us into the schedule for the next day (3/31) and suggested we get there when the service center opened (8 am). We arrived at 7:40am and they opened the gate for us a few minutes before 8. They fixed our problem and we were back on the road at 11:30am. Everyone there was very polite, friendly, and professional. They were swamped with work but they fit us in. They gave us super service! We highly recommend them and we're very impressed and pleased with their service. The price was reasonable too! read more

It is not usually a good time when your RV has a catastrophic failure when you are 1500 miles from home. Well that happed to us complements of a Schwintek slide out drive failure. This would be a warranty repair that Grand Design would cover but that is another part of the story. We were just outside Albuquerque camping and it had a total lockdown. We called for the closest GD dealer and we were fortunate that it happened to be Aloha RV. Note that this failure happened relatively late Friday afternoon. You know what that typically means. Josh from Service answered the call. Josh indicated that they had the parts kit for the repair (Miracle) but GD was as of recent not covering the "kit" replacement vs ordering an Assembly.... Of the kit parts... and they were open Saturday and their best Schwintek tech (Todd) was working! (Miracle two and three). It was another story but GD executive after hours and from home, approved installation of the "kit" after hours and from home that was available in stock (miracle four). He called the Aloha RV service manager (Brian) and set it up. We packed it in and arrived early and Josh met us and got it rolling. Todd , who apparently has performed more than 130 of these repairs, competed the repair/replacement while we explored Albuquerque and we were on the road by late afternoon...on Saturday! Could not have been any more smooth and all involved were super nice and responsive. Slide works great and is aligned better than when we initially received it off the dealer lot. I know it doesn't always work out this well but we were blessed. As far as Service (which isn't job) Josh was super helpful and Brian (Manager)and Todd (Installer) couldn't have been more professional and supportive. Kudos to Aloha RV Service. read more

Spent over an hour just to find out what the price was on a 5th wheel I was interested in and then I show the salesman that it was 10k cheaper at every other dealer so he goes back and talks to the numbers guy and came back with a number that was 4K cheaper then everywhere else which was good except now my trade in value dropped 5k. This place is a waste off time unless you like playing the back and forth games. read more

STAY AWAY. First, I wanted to buy a fifth wheel and I knew exactly which one I wanted. I got lied to about prices, negotiation willingness, and rates, downpayment information, everything. I was polite though, just like my mama taught me. Smile and nod. When I tried to contact them again, I got no response, no calling, no communication, no chasing like they wanted a customer. They thankfully, are not interested in selling anything. Then I needed the service department, which is a different location down the road, about a hitch. They will not return my phone calls. No one. Nada. Zilch. Apparently they don't want to fix anything either. Again, I was absolutely nothing but polite to these people. So they had no reason to refuse to do business with me. Aloha RV should be avoided at all costs. My wife and I were in the market for a lightweight RV in early 2021. Aloha RV would only sell us a model at retail and only had backorder stock available. We were forced to purchase our RV in Colorado, and got a much better price. When we needed service on this RV, Aloha RV would not perform warranty work on models purchased elsewhere. This is very poor customer service, very poor business sense, and this business should be avoided. read more

We took our TT in so they could assess why the hot water wasn't hot and evaluation of a propane smell. Charged us 2 hours of inspection time at $ 189.00 per hour $378.00 + tax. Didn't inspect either problem and no solutions. Not even included on repair estimate. They reported issues that BW tank leaking (not) verified by tarp and dye test. LIFETIME TPO Roof needed replaced. Note: still looks new with exception of recent rain and no leaks whatsoever. Charged us for putting new regulater we provided to inspect trailer. Didn't tell us they were going to charge us since it is assumed this would be necessary to test the propane system. Did not test the propane system at all. Charged us well over $500.00 for no answers and no repairs. Stay away. They make up unneeded repairs and don't even address the needed ones. I will read yelp reviews first going forward. Many very bad reviews. I'd give them an F-. Oh also ran down our TT batteries now need to replace them too. read more

I can only speak on the purchasing side of things, but we were really happy with our experience. We made an appointment with Randy Chavez and gave him an idea of what we were looking for. He showed us a couple of what I had requested. Unfortunately in person they didn't meet what I was hoping so he showed use some other units he thought we might be interested in, one new and one used. The two he suggested were just about perfect which made deciding difficult. We decided on the new Grand Design 5th wheel. After talking some numbers they came back with an offer that might have been a couple thousand more than some out of state dealers, but I didn't have to worry about going to pick it up and bring it back. I was also concerned because I have read a lot of dealers prioritize service on the units they sell and sometimes flat out refuse work on units that were bought elsewhere when very busy. I didn't want to have to deal with this so I purchased local. Needless to say they took a deposit and we made an appointment to do the paperwork on a Saturday that worked for me. They gave a killer walk though on how everything worked, very impressive there. It left me with no questions. Finance department went smooth and we were on our way. read more

But when I asked him if he would mind showing me a class A he said he REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO because it was more than what I said I was wanted to spend. We were on a cross country road trip in our new (under warranty) RV and had an issue with the a/c. Aloha is who our manufacturer recommended we go to, based on where we were with the trip. We called ahead and they said they could take a look that day. I was worried that, since we hadn't bought the RV from them, it would take forever or we'd have issues. Nope! We purchased our Grand Design Imagine from Aloha RV last year during the Alburqueque Ballon Fiesta. The sale was very enjoyable. We went in this year because our hot water heater quit working. Aloha told us they couldn't help us and if we brought it in for service they probably wouldn't have time to work on it. I called Grand Design. They told me to call LaMesa RV. They had a technician to us within the hour. Aloha gave us a phone number to call that didn't do mobile repairs. Long story short. DO NOT purchase from Aloha RV. Buy from La Mesa Rv. In just a phrase - the guys at Aloha RV hustled for us. After a terrible experience waiting on Camping World to try and figure out if they could order a part for us we called Aloha RV. From the get-go their communication was amazing - calling us back, following up with emails and in general making us feel like we were their only client. We are fairly new to fulltime RVing and the information they provided us with was invaluable. Craig in parts and Joe in service answered every question and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. They spent a full day of work installing a new grey tank for us, only to find out upon testing it that it had a manufacturer's defect and it was leaky too! We had to keep moving the next day so we weren't able to wait days for a new part to come in. Now these guys took their service to the next level and didn't charge us for their day's worth of work. I can't guarantee that they'll comp anyone a free day of work, but I do know that they will work hard for you! read more

I would not recommend this RV dealer to anyone! The lack of customer service was astounding. I have no idea what our sale guy Terry did at all. From what I can tell I did his job for him. No one seemed to have any motivation to close this sale including the general Sales Manager. And don't get me started on the service/ parts department pricing markup (%200). *** DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! *** Read below for more info on the lack of customer service. I am a new RV owner however my family has owned RVs for my 37 years on this earth I have also spent 10 years running a 162-site campground, let's just say I've been around RV's. I did research and found a brand and model I really liked and like most all RV's due to covid no one has one in stock. Which wasn't a problem so we special ordered one to hopefully arrive in early June. Camper arrives with no phone call that it is on the lot. Find this out myself when I happen to look at the website. We go into the dealer Monday morning to see the camper to find out they tried to sell a camper I had paid a $500 deposit on to special order. STIKE 1 I had inquired in march about purchasing a special hitch system (Reese Straight-Line Dual Cam) Solar panels, Inverter, additional batteries for off grid camping. Got pricing and the dealer would not seem to order any of this prior to the camper showing up. Camper arrives I again inquire when the parts will be ordered and how much and get told the hitch went up $300. Which seemed odd to me so I looked into it and found out that Aloha RV wants to charge me $1600 for a hitch I can order for $900. Prices on the Solar and Batteries and inverter where also almost double a price I could buy it for. Not including Labor. I agreed to just have them purchase the hitch while speaking with the Sales Manager to straighten out another issue with the pricing paperwork and write a $1000 check. One would expect that he would call over to the service department and get the hitch ordered. Did that happen nope another 2 weeks go buy before getting a call from the finance girl that the hitch takes 2 weeks to get in stock. STIKE's 2 & 3. I call a supplier and order the hitch myself. I understand needing to mark items up some to generate profit but a %200 markup is not acceptable. And not ordering parts that a customer has specially requested the minute they have approved the camper and want to finish the sale is insane! It shouldn't take 3 weeks and the finance girl to get the service team engaged to order parts to finish the sale of a camper. I am now awaiting on the hitch I ordered to be shipped because no one at Aloha RV could be bothered to pick up the phone and order the parts back at the beginning of June when the camper arrived. I needed this unit by July to do shake down runs before a big trip in August. This camper has been on the lot for almost a month no one bothered to ordered the hitch, they tried to charge me over $7000 for parts that only come to $4000 my cost. And in general, it was a crappy experience for something that should have been joyous. Me and my wife work for one of the largest employers here in town and were willing to pay almost 40K in cash for this camper and additional work if anyone had bothered to take even a little motivation to make the sale and help me meet my deadlines. The feeling I got from almost everyone was they had better things to do than to create a good customer experience. At one point the Finance girl even told our service guy to pull the camper out and drop it on the street. And they didn't even bother to pull the camper inside to do the walk around had to do it in the rain. Based on this experience I will not take any other business to them ever and suggest to anyone I ever speak with looking for RV's to not shop there. This will not be my last RV but it will be the last time Aloha RV see me or my camper! read more

If you are in the market for a new RV stay FAR away from this place!! Worst customer service from the sales department I have ever received!! We bought a brand new camper trailer in February and we are about to return it for the 6th time for repair. These haven't been minor repairs, more like complete axle replacement the first time we took it out and complete electrical repair, and now our awning has detached. We have returned it to the service department after every trip we have taken it on. When I called to complain I was told "there is no lemon law for RV's in NM", they were not concerned because they already had our money. I also feel like because I was a woman calling/complaining about our product I was disregarded. We have resorted to legal counsel and have an attorney looking into our options. The service department has done their best to get our trailer repaired but we will be trading our trailer in before our warranty is up and we will be doing business with Rocky Mountain RV and Marine, they have been great!! This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. We took our RV in for some repairs. They have had it for over 2 weeks. When we talked to them they told us that they are waiting to get prices from the manufacturer. The salesman told us he would look into it and let us know what the status is. It has been 3 days and we still haven't heard from anyone!!! Seems like once they make a sale they no longer care about you!!! Would NEVER recommend this place! read more

First to start off I just want to mention right off the bat that the salesman that helped us was awesome! But unfortunately he was the only positive thing. My husband and I bought a pop-up camper on a Saturday, (signed contracts and completed all of the paperwork). The Manager, Jay, said that we couldn't take the camper home with us that day (we live 4 hours away from Albuquerque) and that we had to come back to pick it up Monday at 300pm. My husband was unable to take the day off of work so I went by myself to go an get it on Monday. I arrived at 300pm and the manager brought me into his office and said, "we aren't ready for you, you will have to come back tomorrow". I proceeded to tell him that I had just driven 4 hours to get there that day and he didn't show an ounce of sympathy. I told him that if he didn't produce the camper right there and now that we would need to shred the paperwork and cancel the deal. So instead of trying to make it right he just said, "ok" and left his office. The salesman tried to help make it right but it wasn't his fault it was upper management. Jay proceeded to blame everyone in the building but himself which I felt was very unprofessional. When Jay came back with my paperwork (after at least a 20 minute wait) he said, "How about I just write Void on the paperwork". I told him that I was not leaving this office until my husbands SS#, etc. was shredded and Jay continued to complain that it might break his shredder. Needless to say, I obviously didn't care one bit about the life expectancy or his shredder. All I cared about is that there was no way in He** I was leaving that building without knowing that my husbands information was no longer accessible. The paperwork was finally shredded. It is very unfortunate that our salesman had to miss out on commission because of management. read more

I was in a bind coming into ABQ with my new T@b. I realized that I needed a sway bar to make the long trip to Mexico. By the time I found Aloha (after trying 4 other places) it was already 3pm on a Saturday so my chances were slim. Anthony knew just what I needed but one of the techs was already gone for the day. He called the tech on his way home and Bob actually came back in to do the job before closing. That level of service is rare indeed. On my way back through town 3 weeks later, Anthony helped me replace my missing power cord. They have a first rate inventory, but more importantly, are extremely knowledgeable and provide advice without making a rookie feel dumb. Even though I live in Colorado Springs, I will make a point of doing business at Aloha....and Anthony deserves the credit! read more

They will do everything to NOT put you in the RV you want. From financing to......well that's as far as we got. Having their salespeople decide your fate is their first BIG mistake. Thank God there are several other choices in this town to make that all important RV purchase of over $100,000. Do yourselves a HUGE favor shop around before driving to this business. It will save you much despair. Should you fall upon Aloha first - know this!!!!! They are the least knowledgeable and resourceful for you the consumer when it comes to their options in financing for you. (Perhaps have yours arranged and go into Aloha as a cash buyer) It's clearly obvious they want to be paid the fullest/highest/most/ total GREED by the banks in which don't discount their net checks too much. Bank of the West is the one lender right now willing to do everything possible to get you financed. Not the stuffy shirt conservatives (not to name them) that these folks get fully compensated by but demand your perfect credit and lifestyle. I will give Aloha one credit; their inventory is amazing! Went in to this place for the first time told the sales people I was just looking around and just wanted to kill some time. The sales men seemed upset. I guess sales managers these days teach sales men to be order takers. Salesman should remember they are there to SELL. Needless to say I went to camping world to kick tires and guess what I was showed the benefits of each type rv and ultimately SOLD a unit. Well, today at 5:20 they were closing doors. We barely got there and we shoved out the door.,literally! We tried to inquire about what they may have used on the lot but we were promptly shoved out the door. They immediately closed iron doors behind us at 5:20pm. 10 minutes prior to the closing sign. He coerced us into coming in to have a look at the numbers and then blackballed our beautiful trade-in without even looking at it. $5000 below NADA for our trade-in. NEVER buy a boat from this business. Father-in-law bought a BRAND NEW boat from them and it's having engine trouble (with only 29 hours on it) Brought it in and they never even started the engine and said it was fixed. We all took it out on a holiday weekend and the engine died-had to be towed in by the parks service. When talking to their tech guy (while broken down on the lake) he laughed and said "oh yeah, i remember that boat" when we mentioned that they had never even started the engine. No compensation and very rude service at the service desk when we brought it in. I will NEVER buy from aloha rv and I'll tell everyone i know about our experience too. read more

I was using the internet to browse Class C rigs and found one that we were interested in. We requested to Value are Trade in, an older Class A valued at $30,000 +. It took a while to get a response but I finally did get an email from the Internet Sales Manager asking for the condition and Mileage. The condition is good and Mileage is under 25,000. I also added that we had added Solar to the rig. She responded with a value of $$8,500. I thought this had to be a typo and that second dollar sign should have been a number. We had been shopping for a new rig for a little bit and the lowest we had offered for our Trade was $25,000. I responded that $8,500 was way to low and her response was "My motor home was discounted to rock bottom...its loaded..auto level, etc...." With that response it tells me that they mark their units way down then try and make up for it with undervalued trade ins. Just so there is no doubt, the Rig I have now is a 2004 Fleetwood Southwind 32v. Low mileage. Most are valued between $30k and 40k. No way is $8,500 even a fair offer. I told her to never mind that we would look elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment with Jayne in their service department, as we had a small crash with our trailer. I had to hire a tow truck to pull the Trailer. When we arrived the 2 men inside the service department looked at me as if I was a HUGE inconvenience. I was on their schedule , but Mark told me that they had no room for me and I couldn't leave my trailer there. Mark did say that because it was their fault for scheduling me, he would go ahead and write me up an estimate. It would take a few hours. I left with the tow truck. This little " inconvenience" cost me $350. But I believed both Mark & Jayne, that they would get me an estimate. Well, I've been calling them every day for a week. Jayne will no longer answer my calls or return my calls. They totally lied about helping. They booked me,and cost me more money . Even the tow truck driver said he'd never go to them, as he bought a trailer there and was treated very badly. Id give ZERO stars , but you have to check one to post. read more

I can only say that when I bought my KZ Spree lyte from these guys they must have heard a sucker was coming. First let me say it's taken awhile for me to write this because I have not used the trailer for a while, and when all this crap that I'm about to say happened , I knew nothing of online reviews . I will list the lies these guys told me first: 1. Your Dodge Ram 1500 is more than enough to pull this 30 ft trailer . More than enough - no. Just barely if I didn't have a can of soup in the pantry is closer to the truth. After making it to Arizona a friend of mine who is an ex state trooper explained to me that it was a miracle that I made it without getting stopped, preceded to pull over and go purchase a truck then and there that would pull it safely. 2. The sink drip into the draws beneath and the shower leaked necessitating I caulk them 3. The water pump was put in backwards necessitating repair 4. The heater was forced into its area improperly and could have caused an explosion had the wiring been done properly. When I asked why did I pay for this stuff under the guise of dealer prep I was told "We don't check that kind of stuff." I called back and complained to the sales person and all you could hear was crickets. The RV came with an outdoor gas grill and an external device to hold it that simply pulled the device off of the side of the RV. The only saving grace is that I bought an extended warranty that with a hell of a lot of arguing has gotten most of the repairs done. Bottom line stay away from this place.
