My truck was stolen so I brought it to Jimmys for repair. The owner Josh is caring and his staff is as well. My ignition and sterring column were thrashed and my cluster gauge board was missing and door locks catalytic converter removed. Josh worked with me on cost savings and went to salvage yard to get cluster board picked my truck yesterday and it runs great. Impeccable service!!! read more

We have been coming here for many years. Since Jimmy passed May he test in peace. This place has the worst service. They had my husband's car for over 3 weeks and when we got it back it still had the same issues my daughter took her car there as well and he had it for over 2 weeks and had to take it back again because the issues were not fixed. WTH!!!! We never get called back for the status of our cars. We always have to hun John down to find out the status. Now my daughter is stuck in Vegas and car completely dead never go here. So needed a quick fix to figure out why moms check engine light went on, as a female we automatically can be charged endless amounts of $ just because we have not one thing about cars. Called and spoke to Joshua and he told me bring it on in & we'll check it for you to see what the problem was. I came to my car from a long days of work to not being able to start my car, turns out I left my headlights on the whole time and the battery died.. but Jimmy auto was right around the corner. I ran over there to see if they could jump start me. It turns out the younger man walked over to my car took out my battery and Charged it for 15 minutes ! They walked back the battery and installed it and made sure it started! These guys are awesome honest men! I tried to pay them 20 dollars but they didn't let me! I was very impressed with how quick they remedied the issue and for a decent price. Their price to diagnose was extremely competitive--about 40% of their competitions price. My mom still takes her '01 Toyota Highlander here, and the guys have been excellent with routine maintenance checks and recommendations to keep her car running at its maximum potential (196k miles)! They also offer a complimentary ride home from the shop if the work on your car takes longer than expected if you're close to the shop! I highly recommend this auto repair shop not because of how close it is to my house, but because of the honesty with the work and the word of the mechanics. (This review I'm posting for my future reference, lol) I don't know if I'm jinxed but it is quite often that I face car problems. I was referred to Jimmy's by another mechanic, because Jimmy's specializes in Electrical problems. In this particular case I was bringing in my sister's car a VW. I brought the car on a Sat morning met with Jimmy who I talked to and he immediately gave me the impression of being professional and very honest. Sometimes auto repairs can be a drag specially for females because we get taken advantage of because we are not knowledgeable with the makings/basics/language of vehicles. Anyhow Jimmy had informed me that the car will require a full day to get a complete diagnostic. I left the car and after 8hour my sister called Jimmy to find out the result of the diagnostic, which as we suspected was going to be very difficult to fix (the nature of these damn VW!! ggrr!) Anyhow, I appreciate Jimmy's honesty in giving me the alternative solutions and and estimate on the price to get this solved. read more

Zero stars! They were rude, gave attitude and seemed to be bothered by the fact we were there! Took a car to have it checked. It didnt start, so right away they assumed it was the gas pump. They gave us our estimate and it was crazy high! $500+!!! We decided not to fix it at the moment. Later went somewhere else, they checked it and it wasnt the pump, it was a $30 fix!!! NOT VERY HONEST PEOPLE! Also- They will charge you $60+ when your car doesn't pass smog, and they will NOT retest it for free like many other places. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU IN ADVANCE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY WHEN IT FAILS. Just to hook it up to the smog test you Have to pay. They said you have to pay to have it checked and pay to fix the problem that's making the car not pass. So You have to pay $60+ even if it doesn't pass!!!! Not worth going here if they don't treat you right and don't tell you things in advance. I don't understand the "great" reviews here since they are NOT honest nor "nice" read more

The inspected them & found that the ones I had installed were cheap ones which they replaced & the windows worked great after they put them in. They Don't even Deserve 1Star. Horrible place. Had them do the Brakes on our car and charged us an Outrageous amount. Started having issues with Brakes three days later. Took car to another shop and the work we were told was done, was never done. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau and Board of Automotive Repair and they Lied through their teeth about showing us the old parts. AWESOME!!! I went here because of the reviews even though it wasn't close to me and I needed someone that knew electrical very well. My son got a project car 1992 BMW that the electrical was so bad nothing worked no head lights, turn signals, brakes NOTHING! We even had them take care of a couple of other minor engine items.
