Came here for an oil change. Wow. They are very detailed in what they do. David was super friendly. Frank Anthony was amazing. Sam brought us out hot coffee with the exact amount of cream and sugar we requested. This place is not just an oil change. It's a show too. They shout out everything they are doing and bring you hot coffee or an ice cold soda or water if you prefer that. They go over everything with you. Show you what they recommend. No real sales pressure to purchase extras. But they show you why they think you should get some extra stuff done to keep your car maintained. They go over everything. And I mean everything. From pulling out your cabin air filter to showing you the new oil filter and making sure you see that's coming out of a brand new box and that they have greased it up. I usually go to the dealership for this kind of stuff. But today I didn't have time and I'm just about to go on a long road trip. So I needed to get this done today and the dealership takes a long time. I will say I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back again. I usually go to LongoToyota. However after this trip to the oilstop I don't think Longo will be getting any more business from me. While getting my oil changed at the oil stop it was discovered that there was sealant put on the gaskets around my oil pan plug and my oil filter. This was never told to me by the dealership. I've been coming here for the last two years. Maybe it's usually always a pleasant experience and usually quick and out you go but being on a budget I specifically said no extras today and I keep getting asked at this and add that again no extra today or what about if we add this and what about if we add that again no extras today then come to find out I was charged for an extra on a normally rich day that wouldn't bother me, but I'm on a budget. I barely had enough for the oil change. Is the reason I said no extras today strictly the oil change. Still I get charged for it. I have to pay it. I barely had enough, which is the reason I said no extras again everybody's really nice there but you need to listen to the Customer the first second and third time when they say no extras, strictly oil change, not everybody has loads of money in their pocket all the time. read more

I always get my oil changes here. You can find coupons on their website at times. You simply pull up and they gather some information and offer you a beverage. They then complete what they need to and offer you add on but they don't push it to the point that it comes off rude. They take your no thank you and continue on their way with the job. I've been bringing all me vehicles to this shop for a year. Recently, they misplaced a part in my oil filter but i didn't realize until a week later, after i spent money replacing sensors based on the engine codes (plus a whistling noise and loss of power) i received after the oil change. The oil shop called me to admit they threw away the center piece from my BMW's oil filter and would replace it. After researching and asking various mechanic shops, it was likely this was the issue on my car. As soon as they installed the part they misplaced, my car was back to normal. David, the district manager, refuses to refund me for the sensors and labor, although he recognizes his shop is at fault. Avoid this negligible shop! read more

They offer a ton of services of course but everything is relatively reasonable plus with the added bonus of not having to do it yourself. We didn't wait very long even tho there were 2 cars ahead of us. We got the oil changed, wipers done, they offered us FREE beverages AND a car wash, plus some other stuff i dont remember. I've come here before and been impressed by their positive, fun workplace attitude. However, the last time I was here, I went for an oil change and was disappointed. I was recommended to change my transmission fluid at only 17,000 miles. The tech showed me fresh transmission fluid in a little tray compared to the transmission fluid in my car and said they recommend changing my transmission fluid. I said okay, but then it hit me: shouldn't you change transmission fluid like every 50k miles? I asked the tech if they'd begun the service already and he said yes, they'd already drained my transmission fluid. I asked what the manufacturer recommendation was for changing transmission fluid and they said 60k-100k miles. I asked why I was recommended to change my transmission fluid at only 17k miles then, and he said it was for the longevity of the engine, high-stress driving, etc. I had already told him that it was a lease and I only had the car for one more year, I told him that when he recommended that I change my air filter. So, needless to say I was frustrated. Someone who I figured might've been a manager did come by and take over and offered to take $30 off the service, which was nice but it still doubled the cost of what I anticipated spending on car maintenance this month. The one thing you need from an auto mechanic is honesty. I won't be back. read more

Took the wife's older Nissan Sentra there for an oil change. I knew they would mention other things I have already done over the last couple of years (transmission fluid exchange and other services) so I was prepared for that. What I wasn't prepared for is the service. It is like driving into a pit stall at a NASCAR race. I'm sorry I forget their names but I as swarmed after the man took my initial information down. People going all over the car inspecting what they say they would. They did go for the sales pitches of certain things but when I said no thank you that was it, no hard sell. They suggest the full synthetic but I always put a blended in her car and they gave me no argument. I did let them put in a new air filters as I would normally have done that but the one in it was dirty from a trip to the desert. They were fast and efficient and it was great, never got out of the car. They offered me a drink (I think they have sodas, water and other things) and the receipt has a coupon for a free car wash, at the car wash I go to. So all in all, I will be going there. There were a total of three individuals working on my car simultaneously .
