I will start off by saying that based on the work I have received they do a decent job, however, like many dental facilities they never really put the interest of the patient first. They just want to pocket some money. I had work done about 2 months ago and two of my fillings needed to be redone. That as a start was a little concerning, about two months later I start feeling some pain on a molar and so I schedule an appointment. They tell me its a cavity in it's early stages however my insurance won't cover it since it's in its early stages and doesn't appear on the x-ray (even though they have images they took where you can clearly see the cavities in its "early" stages and the dentist also confirmed it was cavities in its early stages). To me, it seemed a bit off that just because it didn't appear on the X-ray it wouldn't be covered so I called my insurance. They start off by telling me that it is false. They clarify that the dental office has a couple ways to go about that situation meaning that just because it didn't appear on the x-ray doesn't mean it won't be covered. It sucks how many of these places take advantage of their patients instead of helping them out. I can only imagine the amount of hard working people they have ripped off, shame on them for not doing their job appropriately. Always call your insurance to confirm what is covered and can be done in your situation. This dental office will lie and again just try to pocket something off you. read more

Before I came here I had another dentist location a couple cities over, but I heard and read good things about this spot so I wanted to check it out. I got my examination first day and had my consultation of what procedures I could qualify for with my Insurance, thankfully many of the procedures were covered and the treatments have been very well done and professional! Aside from my regular checkups and teeth cleaning the most important thing I was curious about was braces. I've been having that thought for a couple of years but I never seemed to follow thru. But when the Orthodontist and dental team explained to me the process and payment plan I was finally at my reaching point of making a sacrifice not only for the aesthetic aspect of having a great smile but the overall health benefits of having a better looking and healthier smile. Although I am still in my journey of my smile makeover, my ongoing dental appointments and the fun color bands I can have make my experience even better. I have gone to too many dentist offices, and I have never been treated as good as I was treated Here, i came in for my appointment and was a bit nervous I got the chills and got pretty cold as I was waiting in my room and one of the staff was kind enough to offer a blanket. The dentist was very careful and kind. Making sure I wasn't in any sort of pain. I also noticed how she pay more attention to my teeth and making sure that she takes care of anything that looks damaged before it gets more damaged.
