We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched.
