They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Then what is the technique blending? I don't know many people out there will paint a whole car (minus door hood and trunk if you want to be technical) for a small scratch on the corner Now if you said spot painting will make blends visible then why the top portion of the cobra the blend is not visible and only the bottom? The reason I posted this now is because the cobra got scratched again (same area) the collision center (a good shop) repaired it and I can't see any mismatch in color, Again I'm not sure if you guys overlooked, but the top of cobra is correct with good blending the bottom doesn't show blending at all.

He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Several scratches on the bumper anyhow called their insurance company which was Geico. Talk to somebody at caliber when they drop the car off. That was pretty smooth and fast. Left the car there for a week. Told them that you know don't give me my car back. Messed up. My car is nice. Clean it didn't have many imperfections. Anyhow, week later get the car back + first of all I got it back extremely dirty. One of the wheels was actually peeling because whatever they used to wash it they had a bunch of overspray on it. It was a bunch of spots that were not even related to the accident that were left on the black paint + after 5 days or 4 days of being there. That car should be immaculate and it's not. It was dirty on the inside. It had all kind of scuffs and dirt from maybe handprints or whatever it was not taking care of while in their possession. And also when I got it back it was not a good job. $1,700 worth of the other person's insurance that they just did a terrible job. Now the paint's not great. My Wheels peeling and matter of fact I just found another spot that from the heat cuz it's been hot. It's starting to bubble up so I do not recommend this place whatsoever. It just they treat you as a whatever or whatever. They don't care about your car. They just care about their insurance money cuz I had another quote that was only $682. I should have just paid out of my own pocket to have it done right instead of now. The car is obviously not a good job. They just didn't do a good job. I would not return or recommend anybody to go there. I am completely disappointed this place sucks I would not ever trust this place the body shop is incompetent Why would I want to email you? Why would I want you to redo my car? I don't think so. I don't want nothing to do with this place. I don't trust you people. There's no way I'm taking my car back for anything.
