I had an accident and the other driver's insurance: Geico contacted me to handle the repairs. I had a few options near me and based off reviews, I picked Collision Works. They got me in pretty quick, kept the car, called Enterprise to pick me up and take me to the rental car that was arranged. They provided an estimate quickly and the work was done 4-5 days before the estimated time. All the staff I encountered was friendly. My car looked brand new. I was very satisfied with the experience (even though it wasn't one that I particularly wanted to have). They helped make a bad situation smoother. read more

The people at the front desk are polite and amazing. The owner Rick Q was all about money, was RUDE TO EVERY CUSTOMERS. Don't care about customer service. Was DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. He doesn't care about customers. He said "What business are you in." "I need to make money." Charge fee if you don't come get the vehicle, and didn't even inform customer. Here for a car incident with Attorney rep, the State Commission exist because of places that operate horribly like this. The Tyrant owner said "He override everyone and doesn't care about anyone inputs". Doesn't care about state laws, DISOBEY AND VIOLATE STATE LAWS . I'm out of town and not able to come pick it up. The front desk and other staff told me I have until next week to come pick it up for at no cost. He then decide to rip me off, want to charge fee on things he made up. When I talked to the front desk, they said it was ok for me to come pick it up the Tuesday of next week. This owner is a tyrant, and STUPID. Telling me what his EGO wants. Jose the repair worker is kind and amazing I DON'T recommend, never coming back to this auto shop for any anything. All about money, doesn't care about anyone negative review. If you have a new car and enjoy that new car smell DO NOT GO HERE. I advised the receptionist that another shop I previously experienced used some type of scented spray that made me physically nauseous. Receptionist advised me she would make a note and said that they do not clean the inside. When I picked up the vehicle there was a foot placemat on the floorboard so obviously cleaning inside of the car IS A REGULAR PRACTICE at this place. Now my car stinks like whatever spray they used and I have to try and air the car out for the next few months. Never using this place again. read more

Had a good feeling about this place after calling several others, dealt with Carmen - excellent customer service, very helpful and professional. Also spoke with Dave(?) too -very professional as well. My car was towed in un-driveable after a hit an run accident - front wheel was caved in. I have been to Collision Works twice. Originally chose Collision Works to repair my Lexus GX460 due to rear end damage. After completion of that task, I mentioned to David that I had a front sensor that needed replaced. He took the time to get me the part number and directed me how to order the part. He then painted the sensor and put it in my vehicle for very minimum cost, while the Lexus dealership wanted to charge me $1500+ for the task. I don't write reviews often but wanted to take the time to thank David and the staff at Collision Works for two excellent jobs done on my behalf. I will definitely take any body work needed to Collision Works and recommending any friends or family to do so as well. read more

I can not express how much gratitude I have for this place! My vehicle (Dodge Journey) battery went out the day I had an appointment to get my vehicles body fixed by my insurance. I had to call a tow truck to tow my vehicle to collision works lv and once I arrived. I was unaware that I missed a call from them explaining that they couldn't take my vehicle because they'll be unable to move my car if my alternator was out. At that point i was upset and exhausted from hauling 4 children with me and dealing with a rude guy from Phenomenal towing that was sent by my Insurance. The owner of the place came out and decided to take my vehicle since my vehicle can move as long as it's connected to a power source and he made me feel so much better about everything and was kind !! I was able to get my car fixed and the front desk lady was sooo nice to us while we waited 4 hours for our tow truck to arrive and tow my vehicle to a mechanic. Also I am thankful for the guy who worked on my vehicle (can't remember his name. I believe Jose maybe jesus ) not sure lol but he approached us and made a joke asking if our tow truck was coming from Mexico haha!! Definitely recommend this place!! read more

I usually never write reviews but had to praise these guys at Collision Works! My truck had some rock chips and I "tried" to fix them myself with the good ol touch up paint, sand and buff but ended up messing it up majorly. I was left with rock chip spots with deep sanded paint which looks awful. I went to 4 other local auto body shops/auto paint shops to get quotes before I came to collision works. From the start Pat and his team was extremely responsive on the Yelp App communication and assessed the photos I sent in and gave me a quote. Collision Works had the best rates by far. The team got me scheduled in and I dropped off the car. I arrived to Collision Works and was happily surprised by how nice the lobby was. The front desk lady was extremely nice and attentive. Pat personally came to take a look at my truck and the damage then gave me options on what I would like to do. He even let me know on certain options I could save money on while getting the damage fixed. His team got the job done in the schedule time frame and I could not be happier. It looks brand new!
