I don't play games when it comes to my children and my daughters car has been guessed at, wasted money on parts, things replaced that had nothing to do with the issue and I was over it. Reached out to the facebook community and was informed that Tim at Emotors not only serves the community but the black community. And that's important to me. He not only took the time to properly diagnose the issue, but I was headed out of town for work and leaving my daughter MY vehicle. He let us drop the car off on a Sunday when they're closed cuz my flight was Monday. Told him i wanted to try and have her car done when i got back so she was never without a vehicle. and when I landed in Vegas, he was literally texting me before i could get my luggage that the car was done. Communicated with me the entire time, even when I was on the other side of the country. Gave me a quote and the total ended up $200 lower (THAT PART matters cuz he didn't have to be honest about a lower cost but he was) ... and very personable. This is it.
