When I called the owner here in Redlands at this location if he was related I came to find out his son owned the Orange County location. Right then and there already knew I was in good hands. The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield. He was friendly, kind, did a great job of explaining the situation and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlas Auto Glass to anybody and should I need windshield repair again in the future, I will definitely be calling them again

My car is old 1983, so it was not an easy job. Yet the did any amazing job! They took tremendous car and respect for my vehicle from what I see it came out well and professionally. They did communicate with me that the original chrome trim would not be able to go back on do to aftermarket parts and and old wavy trim. But they made it work and left it really nice! Within moments of my decision to remain in the slow lane, a rock flew into the bottom left hand corner of my windshield, leaving a crack the size of a nickel. I called Safelite from the road and set up an appointment for the following Monday (many time slots were available!). I signed up for reminders. Safelite sent me a reminder and a video to watch in preparation for the appointment. Safelite likes you to show up at least 10 minutes early. I showed up 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. The reminder told me that it might take 45 minutes, but the clerk said it would take about 30. The restrooms are a little dingy and there's no paper towels in the one I used, but the waiting room has coffee, free WIFI, and many chairs to sit in. This Safelite location does not take Apple Pay. As soon as my car was finished, the technician drove my car to the front and handed me my keys and my receipt.

Throughout this process, their business practices felt deceptive and predatory. Billing was unclear and appeared inflated, explanations kept changing, and there was a complete lack of transparency. Instead of clear answers, I was met with deflection and pressure. What pushed this experience over the line was the constant phone calls and harassment. Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process.
