I didn't find out until 2 weeks later because I parked in a different spot in my garage. Long story short it cost me over $13,000 to replace the engine and had to have the transmission cleaned, and a lot of other parts replaced because everything was soaked in oil. the corporate is trying to blame it on my vehicle being 10 years old and the housing must have just cracked due to the age of the vehicle. Nice try but it wasn't leaking the day before the oil change and the day after it started leaking. I guess the rag was already saturated. Wish i would have found out then instead of 2 weeks later. I could have possibly saved tons of money. But guess what? small claims here I come because your not getting away with this!!!! :(

Owned by neighboring Bay Auto parts, John's usually has a wide range of vehicles in their yard. The pricing is hit and miss, sometimes it's a great deal, sometimes the total amount comes at a great shock. The tires are ridiculously overpriced now. The biggest issue with the vehicles in the yard are the missing engines. So many vehicles with the motors pulled, by (and in assuming) Bay Auto. Which may help their bottom line, but doesn't help the customers when we need various parts from said engines.
