Kathy is the worst landlord you could have, constant threats, showing up to the property unannounced without the 24hour notice. She will try to enter your property without you being there then claim she was just putting a piece of paper in the front door. Why would you need to wiggle the door knob if you are putting g a piece of paper up?? She will guilt trip you. & kick you out of your lease early, and leave you with 15 days to pack your stuff and get out and if you don't she threatens eviction. She says it's the home owners doing this yet we have never been able to talk to them. When needed a meeting with her she claims she is on vacation, you are on vacation while we are left on the streets in 15days, most unfair, unprofessional management. read more

Kathy was dishonest, petty, and hostile. Would not recommend. I had the carpets professionally cleaned 3 days before moving out, provided the receipt, had photos for proof--and still had $145 wrongfully taken from my deposit for carpet cleaning. This is after a successful walk through with no mention about the carpets. I eventually got the money back after a ton of back and forth. It was a horror dealing with Kathy to get my safety deposit (which was short changed) after more than 45 days and multiple follow ups. read more

We had a pretty good experience only thing I have to complain about is that we had to have the carpets recleand ($270 out of pocket) after the prior tenants had them cleaned but they stayed really dirty and the house was not cleaned the blinds were full of dust the ceiling fans were filthy, the prior tenants left dog poop in the backyard left trash in storage room. Considering that we aren't pet owners I was very upset that they couldnt pick up after they dogs! Other than that Alpa Dimension I would recommend they've been pretty good to us so far! read more

Used lies, threats, harassment and intimidation to try and force through a mid-term lease addendum that reduced the tenant's rights to the property. It didn't work how they planned, so now they are threatening to tow legally parked vehicles in the driveway, and continue to harass the tenants. Stay far away from these crooks, they are not the type of people you want to rent from or have handle your property. read more

I agree with many of the poor reviews. They will rob you blind. Also when you sign your lease just a HEADS UP they will raise your rent and give you the lease addendum that many have talked about and if you don't sign it they will threaten to take you to court. Also you will see they have properties available and they will lower the price until someone bites hook line and sinker and then what do you know once you are in the house here comes the rent raise. They don't fix anything and have a ridiculous tennent lease that basically leaves you responsible for everything. They will act friendly to get you in and then they will start to show you the truth about the slumlords they really are. Also don't be blinded by they good reviews they are from their own employees. Please please do your research before signing with these money hungry ,unethical dishonest company. Alpha dimensions does not deserve your hard earned money. read more

When we couldn't delay our move-in, we moved into a house that was in the midst of being repaired. Over the first two to six weeks of our stay, the maintenance/landscaping team worked on various things in the house & on the property, though, most of the things they worked on were aesthetic while there were items that needed to be repaired for habitability and functionality within. We agreed that we would not make a big stink about it, especially, since the cold weather & holidays were quickly approaching. However, my housemate planned to remind Kathy of these items. We discovered in short order that we had a mice problem to which Kathy responded she would not resolve. Once again, we didn't make a big deal about & pursued a solution on our own. Both our front door & the door that went out to the garage had components that were not in proper working order which is in violation of Colorado Housing codes. We had to fight to get in & out of the house each day because the latches would were dysfunctional & would stick. Kathy was aware of the issues since she couldn't get out of the front door on one of her visits & asked what the trick was. She commented that she needed to get the door frame replaced which was in early December 2014 but nothing happened during my stay which was through October 2015. There was a swamp cooler on the roof that was not covered for the winter so the hallway remained cold when the temperatures dropped, causing the heater to run non-stop in an attempt to heat the house. After a failed attempt or two to get maintenance to come over to get it done, we put a cap on it ourselves. We had a bathroom leak that was an issue prior to our move in yet it took approximately three months to get it to the point to where there seemed to be no more leak. Additionally, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms was damaged due to the leak & was left open for several months after the leak was resolved. During the holiday season, instead of Kathy contacting us to let us know she had not received the rent after the due date passed (we had mailed the rent check on time), she waited until my housemate contacted her about something unrelated to mention that she had not received it & was about to have us served. During one of the winter freezes, the pipe in the backyard busted. When reported to the management company, she stated it would not be fixed until Spring which, I guess, isn't a big deal but is an inconvenience since we had to come through the house with water for our watering needs for the back through, what ended up being, the entire Spring/Summer seasons. In addition, we were held solely responsible for watering the grass after it was discovered that the sprinkler system was not in working order, even being threatened with non-renewal of the lease, though, it wasn't our doing. The maintenance guy Kathy used through the majority of 2014-2015 seemed to be employed full-time elsewhere & only did side work for Kathy as there were several instances where he was due to show up to do work in the house but didn't. When we reached out to him on a couple of occasions to find out what was going on (because he never contacted us to let us know he was running late or he wasn't going to show), he told us that he was doing some work at the Denver Coliseum & another time he was waiting for a package. There was a time or two where he would call to reschedule (which really should go back through the office) but would, once again, not show up. A week after my 2014 surgery, I had to remove everything from my closet so maintenance could come in & paint it (which was the least pressing task of all). Well, it was another instance of him not showing. Then, in yet another instance, he lied about contacting us after he didn't show up for a scheduled repair a week prior. Kathy displayed additional unprofessional etiquette by calling on a Sunday to discuss this & accusing my housemate of hindering repairs due to her issues with the maintenance guy, though, we were always the ones rearranging our schedules to accommodate their maintenance needs. I have been in the real estate/property management industry in some capacity for 20 years, in various states, & this is one of two companies (both out of Colorado, surprisingly) that have the worst business manner, knowledge of their responsibilities, & knowledge of how to respond to their residents & their needs. Deposits were paid for both the house & the pets, she received timely rent payments on a house that was not rent-ready, & she was always accommodated & treated with respect yet she fell short. She has proven to be subpar by stating she was doing the household a favor, calling outside of the business hours posted for her company, & speaking to my housemates in an unprofessional manner. I highly recommend avoiding this for both renters and property owners. As a occupant of a property managed by this "company" I can say I have never had such lack of communication, poor customer service and service in general. I moved into a property a year ago, a couple wanted to break their lease and it was the exact area my girlfriend and I wanted to move in. We had done a walk through while the previous owners still lived there. We liked it so signed a lease, they moved in a month and we moved in. The carpets were dirty so they offered us $100 credit off first month rent saying we could have carpets cleaned for that amount or just keep the money. Then we lived there, it seemed like every few months our manager changed, when we tried to contact needing help we were told a different person would help us. We requested house maintenance a few months ago about drawers that were built into closet and broken toilets. I ended up mostly fixing the toilets myself and the drawers have not been usable for 2 months. When deciding to renew our lease we decided to look elsewhere. Now we have shopped carpet cleaning and finding the cost is 3x more then they offered us credit and they wont let us do it ourselves. They then wanted to show our house before we moved, in the lease it says they are not responsible for stolen or damaged items during these showings but sent a rude email asking we be vacated during showing times!!! I have lived in 3 homes with property management companies, this was the worst, unless they are doing it for free I would find someone else to list your home with. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is one of the most disrespectful, unfair, paper friendly, impersonal, unprofessional, downright horrible companies I have ever done business with. I would run far, far away from doing ANY business with them. They have unfair practices and the owner, Kathy Worley has to be one of the worst property managers I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I ended up having to take this company to court. It got THAT BAD. There are so many other property management companies out there. Do your research. I have been a loyal customer and renter of Alpha Diemnsion Properties. The company and their staff are very helpful and reliable. I have been in one of their rentals for over five years. You will not find another property management company better than here and I have rented all my life. They are always there to answer the phone, always there when I call and are always there when I need them. I had a washer go out on me and with kids was a sad situation. Even though this washer was not part of the rental agreement they came to help me anyway. Not only did they try to fix my washer but because it was dead replaced it with another for me when I was unable to afford it! There are not many nice poeple left in the world no less businesses that appreciate you and treat you with respect. I do and will always recommend them because I know that you will be happy, loyal and glad you did!! I was interested in their services but found out quickly when asked questions regarding their fees and services that they didn't like that so they just dropped me and said they would not take my home into their property inventory. If this is how they treat their clients before they even take the home to manage, then I can only guess how horrible the experience would have been having them actually manage it with a year contract that you cannot get out of!
