Three days after the I made the reservation, I had to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstance. I contacted Lisa and explained my situation. She could have easily stuck with the cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the total. However, she agreed to waive the fee and did so promptly. Lisa was generous and I wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you so much, Lisa.
