They allow there guest to taunt us and speed up and down a residential street. We have reported ever issue (there is more) to grace management in thorton co. Letting them know we think this women or her guest are going to hurt us. They have done nothing but tell us if we want to move out they will allow us to break our lease. WE have been here 20 plus years with NO complaints from no one we do not pay us much rent as they due next door because the other unit has been remodeled.I feel we are being discrimanated against. I love that all of the contact can be done through their web interface: payments, maintenance, lease signing, all documentation is done electronically. SO EFFICIENT and easy! The condo was clean and well stocked (friends stayed in another building with a different vendor and they did not have nearly the items we had). A little backstory: On May 27, 2024, I made a reservation through Airbnb to stay at Lisa's condo in February 2025. The cancellation policy required a 50% fee should the reservation be canceled at least 30 days before arrival. I paid in full when I made the reservation. Three days after the I made the reservation, I had to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstance. I contacted Lisa and explained my situation. She could have easily stuck with the cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the total. However, she agreed to waive the fee and did so promptly. Lisa was generous and I wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you so much, Lisa.

Well, turns out the condos had a foot fall through a porch and now no one can sell until it is fixed. THIS WAS OVER A YEAR AGO. Management has yet to pick a contractor to fix a simple repair. Because of it, Ive lost so much money it's disgusting when I could've sold it in March of 2024. They will not follow up with my numerous requests asking if a contractor has been picked and not a single person can sell their condo without getting the one patio fixed first. "This is now the third time we've followed up regarding the deck repairs. During our last meeting, we were told a decision would be made that evening or the following day in May 2025. Additionally, you all committed to making a final decision by the January 2025 meeting--six months ago. We are well past both of those timelines, and the continued lack of communication is unacceptable." Avoid them at all costs if you can.
