I rented the sprinter limo for my friend's birthday. The driver was courteous and on time. The…read morevehicle, however, was lacking a bit. It was clean inside, but when we got in it was so cold we didn't want to take our coats off and when I turned on the heat it was set to 99 degrees and when I tried to turn it down the buttons didn't work (you had to push the button 4-10 times to go down one degree) and then it would plummet to 54 degrees and blow cold air on us. So the whole ride I was turning the heat on and off to try to keep it a normal temperature. They also asked me if I wanted ice when I booked the limo, but when I looked in the cooler, all I found was 2 empty ice bags. Overall, it was fine, but the company should fix the heater since it is winter.
