So now I'm missing the morning bus and have to incur extra costs to make it to the destination point. This is outrageously bad business practice. You don't say you're sorry and do nothing but instead you should do your best to accommodate your customer. The seat belt didn't easily retract, though, likely due dirt/debris in the mechanism (the adjacent cup holders could've also used deep-clean). The charging outlets didn't work, either, which was a bummer for a 5-hour ride. Otherwise, the other passengers were quiet and it was a smooth ride.
