This morning when I called them to ask about the ride they told me that they didn't take my reservation and are now fully booked. So now I'm missing the morning bus and have to incur extra costs to make it to the destination point. This is outrageously bad business practice. You don't say you're sorry and do nothing but instead you should do your best to accommodate your customer. I don't care what went wrong and I don't care if the old lady is getting the first stage of Alzheimer's. The best thing that can happen is for P&P to get out of business. Never again.

The bus arrived 30 minutes prior to departure (which was helpful, as the address spanned an entire city block and also, it was raining). Boarding began about 15 minutes later. The seat belt didn't easily retract, though, likely due dirt/debris in the mechanism (the adjacent cup holders could've also used deep-clean). The charging outlets didn't work, either, which was a bummer for a 5-hour ride. Otherwise, the other passengers were quiet and it was a smooth ride.

What really stood out was that both the driver and the company followed up after the trip just to check that I got home safely. It's a small thing, but it made the whole ride feel less like a transaction and more like getting a ride from a friend or a cousin.
