This morning when I called them to ask about the ride they told me that they didn't take my reservation and are now fully booked. So now I'm missing the morning bus and have to incur extra costs to make it to the destination point. This is outrageously bad business practice. You don't say you're sorry and do nothing but instead you should do your best to accommodate your customer.
