She then used a scanner to show my scalp and hair condition on a monitor, carefully walking me through what I was seeing. The consultation felt knowledgeable and honest, revealing a buildup of dead skin and weak hair growth. I was then guided to a private room, changed into a comfortable shirt, and lay down on a bed with my head resting over the spa sink. As soon as the shoulder massage began, I felt completely at ease.
