She gave me a nice neck massage and and prepared my hair for treatment. She took pictures of my scalp then took me to the back. After the scalp massage with the halo water it was time to come back to the chair for other pictures of my scalp post-treatment. We ended the session with a free blowout. Overall, this experience was so insightful and peaceful for me that I would do it again. During checkout, I was also able to take pictures of all the products that Lena used on me. My hair felt so clean for a week even after my first post-wash since this appointment. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was to dress in a tank top or tube top. They give you a robe but you do not undress but rather wear it over your clothes. Luckily I came in a bodysuit that had a zipper and was able to expose my shoulders for the neck massage portion. I also love that they offer to make you a drink during your service, which I totally would have tried had I not just gotten a coffee before coming. To my delight there was a pink felt board welcoming me for my appointment! My stylist was Jenna and she is awesome! Before my haircut, she looked over my hair and asked what I was wanting (keep my length and just refresh my layers and bangs) Then she took me over to wash my hair and such a treat they do a head a massage with essential oils and top it off with a hot towel...so relaxing and such a nice personalized touch. We had nice conversation, and she took her time with my cut and gave me a great blowout. Another cute moment that stood out to me was while I was getting my blowout the sweet woman working the front desk (I forgot her name) came by with a basket of treats offering one to each of us if we wanted a snack. You are in your own private room. They double (or even triple) wash your scalp/hair. The products they put on my scalp was soothing. Angela also provided a quick shoulder massage too. After, you're taken back out to the front to the general public area to get your hair dried.
