This review is based on a first time visit on June 10, 2026. I booked a Basic Scalp Treatment with Terra, who gave me an amazing experience. The treatment began with pictures taken of my scalp. To be honest, it was not pretty. I learned I had a lot of build-up on my scalp, but Terra assured me she would help fix it. Then, I was given a relaxing shoulder massage with a scented aromatherapy oil of my choosing. We then moved on to the treatment room where I reclined in a comfortable massage bed/chair. I was given a fantastic scalp massage with oil, followed by a double shampoo and conditioner. This was so nice, I found myself drifting in and out of sleep. Once that was done, I was led back to a chair where my scalp was spritzed with a soothing spray, my hair was dried, and I was given a cup of tea and a small mochi snack. I then got to take another look at my scalp, which looked nice and clean and healthy. I loved this experience, and left with a shampoo and scalp treatment Terra recommended I use at home. 10/10 recommend checking this out and giving your scalp some TLC. read more

I was paired with Ariana, who was fantastic! She checked in numerous times to make sure I was comfortable and was a great chit-chatter while she was styling my hair. Ever since I haven't gotten extensions, I've not been able to go to my local head spa. I was on Instagram yesterday here in Las Vegas and saw a post by an account. I follow called Vegas starfish. She has really good tips. I booked online yesterday for an appointment this morning. I was able to book a head spa service for extensions as well as a blowout for extensions. I was running late due to another appointment however they were still able to accommodate me. I have never had a scalp analysis before and honestly, it was gross, but it was amazing to see in the end the improvement in my hair and scalp. The room where the head spa experience takes place is beautiful and I really liked the massage chair. I even got a blanket and liked the warm eye mask. Not sure if it was because of my extensions or the style head spa experience I've had in the past, but I will say this was a little bit closer to a blowout type of head massage versus other places I've been where they really use a variety of tools for hair play. I am grateful that I paid for the blowout because it turned out well and I was able to leave and come right back to the strip to my conference. read more

Both of our specialists were incredible -- Agatha took care of me and Taylor worked with my daughter -- and each of them created such a unique and personalized experience for us. Before our treatments began, they performed a scalp analysis, which I thought was such a great professional touch. They walked us through what they were seeing, recommended the type of treatment best for our scalp, and even explained aftercare tips to keep our hair and scalp healthy. It made the experience feel very thoughtful and tailored instead of just a routine service. As a busy mom whose days are always nonstop between work, school schedules, and kids' activities, I took full advantage of the moment to close my eyes, relax, and completely unwind. The scalp massage, the waterfall rinse, and the calming atmosphere were incredibly therapeutic. It honestly felt like my brain got a reset. Agatha was the absolute sweetest and so easy to talk to. If I could have packed her in my luggage and taken her back to Hawai'i with me, I probably would have! We even discovered she has a cousin in Hawai'i, which made the conversation extra fun and gave us that instant island connection. My daughter had such a wonderful experience with Taylor as well. When I found out she's from Guam, I joked that we might be related somewhere down the line -- you know how island people are... we're probably cousins! (Just kidding ). But that little moment made the whole experience feel even more warm and personal. Booking the VIP room made it even more special because we were able to enjoy the entire experience together as a mother-daughter spa day. This was our first head spa experience, but it definitely won't be our last. We've already decided that every time we come to Vegas, Invicta Head Spa will be part of our mother-daughter tradition. I visited Invita Hair Spa in Las Vegas and have mixed feelings about the experience. The head spa itself was absolutely amazing -- a solid 5/5. We booked the deep scalp treatment and it was nice that they scrubbed our scalps with a very fine toothed comb. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the aromatherapy added a luxurious touch. The spa is also tastefully decorated and creates a serene, upscale atmosphere. After the treatment, they even brought out green tea and mochi, which was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The reclining spa chair was comfortable, though a bit too big for me -- my feet didn't reach the leg compression area. Still, the head spa experience was everything I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the blow dry was a letdown -- 2/5. The scalp treatment spray they used dripped down my forehead into my eye and burned. I paid an extra $30 for a blow dry hair style which seemed to be a waste of money since I wasn't happy with how my hair was styled and ended up going home to redo it myself. What really ruined the experience for me was the payment process. When I booked months ago for 2 people, the VIP room was listed as $0. So imagine my surprise at checkout when I saw a $40 charge for the VIP room. When I asked the receptionist about the charge, I was told the $0 only applies to the second person -- the first person is charged $40. That was never disclosed at booking and not at check in. Had we known it was $40 more to book the room, we would not have booked it. There wasn't anything particularly special about the room except that it was private. To make matters worse, I had to pay 50% upfront at the time of booking, and that deposit was $168 -- which covers only the deep scalp treatment and blow out. If the VIP room was $40, the deposit should've been $188 and that would have alerted me that the VIP room was an extra charge. I brought this up to the front desk girls and was told the deposit only covers services, not the room. But when I added a 20% tip, it was calculated on $188 -- meaning the VIP room was included in the total. So this added more to the deceitfulness. They tried to claim that the deposit is only for services, but then want me to tip on the amount that includes the VIP room. The receptionist didn't offer any kind of resolution. No adjustment, no discount, not even a real apology -- just a vague "I'll mention it to the owner." That lack of accountability and transparency left a bad taste in my mouth. I can't get over how deceiving the pricing felt and how poorly the situation was handled. While the actual head spa treatment was wonderful, the payment experience and lack of customer service make me hesitant to return. I'd recommend the treatment itself -- just be extremely cautious about booking and clarify everything upfront. read more

I love Japanese headspas and have been looking for a place in Vegas. Some of the ones in Chinatown aren't really Japanese style headspa. Reservations: easy to book online and select your technician. Vibe: Modern and clean. Tech: Agatha was professional and friendly. She explained the entire process clearly and then went to work. Process: You start in a salon chair where your tech scans your scalp to check the condition. Then, you go into a darkened hair wash room when they do the washing, head massage and steaming. Then you go back to the chair for additional stimulation treatment. I did the anti-inflammatory treatment. Blowout: Note you have to pay extra for manual blowout. Otherwise, they use an industrial hand free blower to dry your hair. My hair looks fine but if you have fine, curly hair, you may want to pay for a blowout. Note: Store's main shampoo brand is not sulfate free. But if you tell them you want sulfate free, it is available. I had a great experience and will be back. read more

Being out in the sun a lot, my hair is coarse and runs dry, but after the treatment my hair feels softer than it has in a long time! Definitely coming back at least once a month! read more

I am visiting friends this weekend and she wanted to try this head spa. I would say it was fun and relaxing. Would I do it again? Probably try one more time with a different gal. Mine was very sweet but her touch was a bit soft and I felt like I wanted her to use a bit more pressure. The massage bed was awkward to get in and out of and a bit hard. If you have back issues you may not enjoy it as you are flat on your back. I did not enjoy the halo water thingy...it was a bit annoying to be honest. The lobby and staff were very friendly and professional. I have wavy, curly hair and was not able to book the blow out after the treatment so I did not utilize the air dryer and left natural. They provided tea and a cookie after which was a very nice touch while they dry your hair and take the "after" photos. We did the "basic" package at $118 plus a $20 tip. My first head spa experience that I've been wanting to try for several years now. The space is open, airy, and I especially loved the quiet room area where you lay in a zero gravity massage chair and get pampered. My fave part was when they put that waterfall around your forehead area, and the water trickles down your head. It was a sensory experience. It went by so fast that I wish I could've been there longer. Chantal was very thorough attentive and also was friendly, yet not overly chatty to take away from the experience, which I greatly appreciated Sometimes the last thing we want is somebody talking non stop because of their own personal discomfort with silence. Areas that I think could enhance this experience is to provide a weighted blanket (it was cold in the robe without my jacket or hoodie), place a soft towel over the face like that they do at Asian hair salons to make sure all the water doesn't splash into your face, especially if you don't want an eye mask. I did the basic head spa which was 60 minutes, but perhaps they can have a la carte options where you can customize and add 15 minutes extra of massage time for the head or the waterfall part for extra cost. I bought gift certificates for the mothers in my life and then took all the moms for a spa day together. This place was unique, and although they all read up on the place they really didn't know what to expect till they went in. The main sitting area/lounge was very comfortable. The staff were excellent at their job. Each one of them moms loved the pampering from the scalp scan, head massage (the star of the show), the chair massage, aroma therapy and then the final drying of the hair. Some may say this is someone that is a lot of money for not a lot of value. I respectfully disagree. As someone with thinning hair, I booked the anti hair loss treatment, which was $188. So for me, it's not an every month thing but the results were great so far, which requires a repeat visit for sure. Now for the experience, check in was friendly and welcoming in their staff and waiting area. They bring you tea to chill before your treatment. Waiting area is super comfortable. When they bring you back. They first take photos of your scalp before hand. You relax with aromatherapy using scents of your choice as well as a neck and back massage. Then they use an electric comb to wake up your scalp and an exfoliating brush to pull away some debris before taking you to the treatment area. Throughout the experience, they explain the purpose of each tool and step. The treatment room is a lay down massage machine that works out your entire body. The highlights for me are the calf and butt massage portions, which I've never had done effectively. While this is all happening, Madeline was massaging my hair and treating it with various products. Her touch was light and she checked in frequently on temp of water. Following the treatment, they dry your hair and then provide some red light therapy to open up your scalp. Following my appointment, my hair felt thicker and softer than it ever has. Make sure to wait to wash your hair to enjoy the benefits longer. Even 4 days after, it was still soft. I'll start by saying I was given a gift certificate for this treatment. I did not seek it out for myself, but I absolutely enjoyed it, and would absolutely do it again. Agatha was amazing. She was very friendly and courteous. She made sure that I was aware of what she was doing and would be doing. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They begin by taking pictures of your scalp and checking out the condition of your scalp and what they're working with. Then after that, they give you a relaxing little neck and shoulder massage before they take you into another room. The next room is a dark room with a few massage chairs with hair washing bowls attached, and meditation sounds playing. Once I laid down, Agatha put a warm towel under my neck, a warm eye mask over my eyes, and a blanket over my body. It was so relaxed I did not want to get up! After my deep scalp treatment, Agatha blowdried my hair and took care of my flyaways. The best part is that she put product in my hair that should be in my hair to protect it from the heat. She did spray a product onto my scalp, but I didn't have any burning at all. I didn't know what I was expecting before getting this service done, but I really enjoyed it. As far as the price goes, it's an hour and a half service and I was able to relax without a worry in the world. I have fresh clean hair, and I didn't have to blow dry it by myself.
