The shoulder and neck massage were great. I told Ashley I preferred deep tissue and she did not hold back! Very strong, had good technique and checked in on the pressure which I appreciated. My friends and I came here for my bachelorette! There was some misinformation when booking for our group, we had originally been told that we would be able to change our selection / add services, however upon arrival we were told that since they were fully booked half of the girls were not able to add additional services. This was quite disappointing because it meant we had less time for some of the girls to get ready for dinner. I suggest if you are booking here to add services when you are booking. However the blow out that I got was not that good compared to other salon blow outs I have gotten. I got the deep scalp treatment, it was super relaxing and I love the cooling gel / shampoo not sure what it was that they used on my scalp. My scalp / hair felt noticeably cleaner / softer for a week after the treatment. The treatment room is beautiful and so calming, the massage chairs are so nice and the interior is beautiful. When I called a few months prior to ask how do I book for a group of 8 girls for my best friends bachelorette, the lady said just book everyone for the deep scalp treatment (you will have to pay half as a deposit) and on the day they come in they can add on services if they want or they can downgrade to the basic one (since you pay half as the deposit, they will just pay the remainder). So I did as I was told... When we arrived last week for our treatments, we checked in and we all wanted to add on styling (curling our hair) for dinner that night. The lady behind the counter said she only has space for 4 people to add on. I expressed what the lady said on the phone and she said that sometimes they can do add-ons if time allows, but they schedule people back to back and they only have space for 4 people. So clearly I was frustrated. She brought out her manager and all the kept saying was sorry they cannot style all 8 of our hairs and asked what the name is of the person I spoke to. I have no idea as it was months ago when i booked it. Then asked me what day and time I called. I looked at my call log and couldn't find it. It was too long ago. If that was the case, then I would have individually asked each person what exact treatment they wanted and what add-ons they wanted before booking. All they kept saying was sorry they cannot as they dont have the time. I feel like we should have been compensated in some way for this misinformation. Fine, you clearly can't do it. but do something to make this situation better. Comp $50 off the bride's treatment or even 5% off everyone or something, you know? Clearly I was misinformed and now 4 girls need to go back to the airbnb and have to rush curl their hair themselves right before dinner. As the manager, I think she should have done something... This review is based on a first time visit on June 10, 2026. I booked a Basic Scalp Treatment with Terra, who gave me an amazing experience. The treatment began with pictures taken of my scalp. To be honest, it was not pretty. I learned I had a lot of build-up on my scalp, but Terra assured me she would help fix it. Then, I was given a relaxing shoulder massage with a scented aromatherapy oil of my choosing. We then moved on to the treatment room where I reclined in a comfortable massage bed/chair. I was given a fantastic scalp massage with oil, followed by a double shampoo and conditioner. This was so nice, I found myself drifting in and out of sleep. Once that was done, I was led back to a chair where my scalp was spritzed with a soothing spray, my hair was dried, and I was given a cup of tea and a small mochi snack. I then got to take another look at my scalp, which looked nice and clean and healthy. I loved this experience, and left with a shampoo and scalp treatment Terra recommended I use at home. 10/10 recommend checking this out and giving your scalp some TLC. read more

Ever since I haven't gotten extensions, I've not been able to go to my local head spa. I was on Instagram yesterday here in Las Vegas and saw a post by an account. I follow called Vegas starfish. She has really good tips. I booked online yesterday for an appointment this morning. I was able to book a head spa service for extensions as well as a blowout for extensions. I was running late due to another appointment however they were still able to accommodate me. I have never had a scalp analysis before and honestly, it was gross, but it was amazing to see in the end the improvement in my hair and scalp. The room where the head spa experience takes place is beautiful and I really liked the massage chair. I even got a blanket and liked the warm eye mask. Not sure if it was because of my extensions or the style head spa experience I've had in the past, but I will say this was a little bit closer to a blowout type of head massage versus other places I've been where they really use a variety of tools for hair play. I am grateful that I paid for the blowout because it turned out well and I was able to leave and come right back to the strip to my conference. read more

I visited Invita Hair Spa in Las Vegas and have mixed feelings about the experience. The head spa itself was absolutely amazing -- a solid 5/5. We booked the deep scalp treatment and it was nice that they scrubbed our scalps with a very fine toothed comb. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the aromatherapy added a luxurious touch. The spa is also tastefully decorated and creates a serene, upscale atmosphere. After the treatment, they even brought out green tea and mochi, which was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The reclining spa chair was comfortable, though a bit too big for me -- my feet didn't reach the leg compression area. Still, the head spa experience was everything I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the blow dry was a letdown -- 2/5. The scalp treatment spray they used dripped down my forehead into my eye and burned. I paid an extra $30 for a blow dry hair style which seemed to be a waste of money since I wasn't happy with how my hair was styled and ended up going home to redo it myself. What really ruined the experience for me was the payment process. When I booked months ago for 2 people, the VIP room was listed as $0. So imagine my surprise at checkout when I saw a $40 charge for the VIP room. When I asked the receptionist about the charge, I was told the $0 only applies to the second person -- the first person is charged $40. That was never disclosed at booking and not at check in. Had we known it was $40 more to book the room, we would not have booked it. There wasn't anything particularly special about the room except that it was private. To make matters worse, I had to pay 50% upfront at the time of booking, and that deposit was $168 -- which covers only the deep scalp treatment and blow out. If the VIP room was $40, the deposit should've been $188 and that would have alerted me that the VIP room was an extra charge. I brought this up to the front desk girls and was told the deposit only covers services, not the room. But when I added a 20% tip, it was calculated on $188 -- meaning the VIP room was included in the total. So this added more to the deceitfulness. They tried to claim that the deposit is only for services, but then want me to tip on the amount that includes the VIP room. The receptionist didn't offer any kind of resolution. No adjustment, no discount, not even a real apology -- just a vague "I'll mention it to the owner." That lack of accountability and transparency left a bad taste in my mouth. I can't get over how deceiving the pricing felt and how poorly the situation was handled. While the actual head spa treatment was wonderful, the payment experience and lack of customer service make me hesitant to return. I'd recommend the treatment itself -- just be extremely cautious about booking and clarify everything upfront. read more

I love Japanese headspas and have been looking for a place in Vegas. Some of the ones in Chinatown aren't really Japanese style headspa. Reservations: easy to book online and select your technician. Vibe: Modern and clean. Tech: Agatha was professional and friendly. She explained the entire process clearly and then went to work. Process: You start in a salon chair where your tech scans your scalp to check the condition. Then, you go into a darkened hair wash room when they do the washing, head massage and steaming. Then you go back to the chair for additional stimulation treatment. I did the anti-inflammatory treatment. Blowout: Note you have to pay extra for manual blowout. Otherwise, they use an industrial hand free blower to dry your hair. My hair looks fine but if you have fine, curly hair, you may want to pay for a blowout. Note: Store's main shampoo brand is not sulfate free. But if you tell them you want sulfate free, it is available. I had a great experience and will be back. read more

My first head spa experience that I've been wanting to try for several years now. The space is open, airy, and I especially loved the quiet room area where you lay in a zero gravity massage chair and get pampered. My fave part was when they put that waterfall around your forehead area, and the water trickles down your head. It was a sensory experience. It went by so fast that I wish I could've been there longer. Chantal was very thorough attentive and also was friendly, yet not overly chatty to take away from the experience, which I greatly appreciated Sometimes the last thing we want is somebody talking non stop because of their own personal discomfort with silence. Areas that I think could enhance this experience is to provide a weighted blanket (it was cold in the robe without my jacket or hoodie), place a soft towel over the face like that they do at Asian hair salons to make sure all the water doesn't splash into your face, especially if you don't want an eye mask. I did the basic head spa which was 60 minutes, but perhaps they can have a la carte options where you can customize and add 15 minutes extra of massage time for the head or the waterfall part for extra cost.
