My husband became interested in scalp micropigmentation a few months ago and made a few consultation appointments with different providers in town and even out of town. Soooooooo, through a series of tweezing to the max, and the thin brows of the 90s, my brows were eternally in the struggle. Dont get me wrong, my brow game is the stuff of legends (lol) but I want to actually wake up and GO and not spend the time with dipbrow pomade and a steady hand and brow brush! I am just amazed with the training I received at Scalp Prodigy, as a woman it was important for me to find another women in the SMP industry that was successful and humble to name a few. Benaiah not only is an productive trainer but she was there step by step providing actual techniques in scalp micropigmentation which I would say is one of the most important part of any SMP training. I have had a few training in the past but what I like the most about Benaiah SMP advance training is that I received more clarity and confidence aside from fundamental training. I've gotten many recommendations for microblading and after careful consideration, I chose Benaiah Poindexter at Scalp Aesthetics Summerlin. I liked her pricing, her responsiveness and, honestly, the fact that her shop wasn't located in the backroom of a nail salon! Plus, I even loved that her service includes the 30-day touchup, which is necessary, and I think all microbladers should include that. Although I had to keep reminding myself that "beauty is pain" throughout the microblading process, Benaiah explained that numbing my brows would cause my skin's surface to thicken and I could scar if they were numbed. So I trusted her and the process and I couldn't be happier. When she was done, she even gives you an after-care kit which you should follow to the letter and I did. As with any major investment, I do extensive research and do comparative analysis as far as price and quality. I've been contemplating getting my brows microbladed for about 2 years now but I was so worried that they wouldn't look natural and my husband would make fun of me.
