Within months, a camera had to be replaced, a second one had to be replaced and moved because he installed it too close to the gutter and the snow damaged camera lens - "a rookie mistake," he said, although he claimed having years of experience. He had to replace a faulty monitor and the replacement had issues not too long afterwards. Mike refused to give me a full refund as part of an agreement to use his services during the initial meeting and install. He played games to avoid giving me a full refund, trying to verbally differentiate between "warranty" vs. "guarantee" that was not in writing. He didn't even provide or have a manual. He copied instructional texts that he wrote and sent to another customer. A real scam and exploitation of women.
