Update on my drive after alignment with the WRX, alignment turned out great, car goes straight the way it should compare to my previous alignment place. Only my iffy was my steering wheel was slightly off but I got it fixed after calling in Carlos, he cares for his customers. Nothing do with alignment but it was just the rod connects to steering wheel. As of April, my car is no longer with me since it was totaled from a TBone by DUI driver. I went in for a alignment and I had a screw in my tire I told him I didn't want a plug that I wanted a patch on the inside so he charged me more for the patch cause it more work then a plug I said it fine I want it done rite I picked up my truck and noticed the tires in the front looked different I asked him he said he had to switch them from side to side cause of "alignment" but later inspection I noticed a plug in the tire he switched them to hide the plug he put after we talked about not putting a plug and paying for a patch not plug then I get home and the check engine light goes on I open the hood and the intake plug was disconnected what was he doing in my engine bay I went in for a alignment everything felt pretty shady felt like he was trying to get more easy work by disconnecting the plug hoping I'd bring it back to him for the check engine light won't go back read more

I mainly come here for alignements since it's cheap and he's quick, fast and good( meaning he won't leave anything behind I.e. untighten bolts and stuff) . His son used to be here back then helping as well, offered very good customer service . This is a primarily Mexican city and being the only Asian, Carlos always makes me feel right at home LOL. So my brother asks me if I could take his car to get an alignment for him and to me I don't have a problem. He told me to take it to Carlos. Carlos was "His go to alignment guy," and he will take care of me since I always send him business. He also told me to go there at 8:30 am and he'll take care of him. So I get there around 8:10 am and I saw one car ahead of me. I have work at 9:30 am and I figured he would still have enough time. Before 8:30 am two other guys show up and I already knew it wasn't going to end good. When he opens the door at 8:30 am he talks to the other three people and goes to tell me that they were here before me. Just a bunch of time wasted and what kind of alignment place doesn't do appointments. Judging from all the reviews he seems to be a decent guy and does a decent job. It just doesn't make sense to me that an alignment place doesn't have appointments. The best part about all this is my time wasted. read more

I took my 2008 Civic Si here back in March 2019 for wheel alignment after installing new suspension. This place was recommended by friends so I decided to give it a shot. I arrive around 2 pm with one guy ahead of me. I'm told to wait 30 mins and ended up waiting for an hour and a half because other people showed up and were taken care of ahead of me. They get done around 4 pm. Fast forward to 2020, I get new tires in the front and alignment for the New Year and come to find out the toe in the rear was not set correctly causing wheel bearing damage which I had to replace.
