Updated: TPMS/ Valve stem came loose on the freeway and had to drive the tire flat to get off the freeway (due to improper installation). This damaged my tire. I called for compensation to replace the tire, but they just said it wasn't their product so it's not their fault it came loose. My advice is to just stay away from this tire shop. Saving a few bucks is not worth potential injury. read more

One of the best tire shop in the area that actually open on a Saturday!! Of course my tire has to go wrong on a late Friday night and need to be fixed asap before a long trip on Sunday. It is right next to the auto glass shop that I frequently used for my windshield. And I saw great yelp review and decided to try it out. It's a family owned business that is very friendly. I purchased my tires/rims from a different shop in la puente. After they installed them my TPSM light stayed on. They told me it would clear after I drove but it didn't. I took it back and they replaced a sensor but it didn't resolve the problem. I asked my mechanic and he sent me to this place. They were wonderful from the start. Henry checked my sensors right away (even though he was busy) and showed me which was bad. He resolved the issue within 15 minutes and charged me practically nothing. My second time coming here. The first time my tire pressure light came on when I was right near it so I stopped in to ask them to check it. They checked my tire out, even doing the submerge in water test to see if there was a leak, when they didn't find one they put my tire back on filled it with air and sent me on my way. Their honesty and great customer service made me come back when I got a hole in my tire. Again they could have duped me if they wanted but all I needed was a plug and they did it quick and did not take advantage at all. I actually questioned when they told me the price because I felt like no where else would have been as affordable. I really am happy I found them. I actually feel like they can be trusted and they are super helpful. I will say however the driveway to get back is super narrow and a bit intimidating in a big car lol but I will do it again if I need to. read more

While you wait, alignment is guided to perfect specs at an outstanding price. Had a puncture on the rear-right tire of a Model 3 LR, and Carrillos Tires and Wheels was the closest shop from my house. Called in advance to confirm their hours and rate, pumped additional air to last for the trip to the shop, and drove the car slowly there. Glad I came here. Upon arrival, Johnny examined the tire and properly jacked the car up using a fitting jack pad. They're well-acquainted with Teslas! He proceeded to repair the tire and successfully patched the leak. The tire was correctly inflated to spec and installed back swiftly. This repair was very reasonably priced.
