Very great customer service I think they changed their name to Llantero tires now . I found them on social media because they post A lot of nice rides and good customizations on a lot of nice cars . I'm way over due leaving these guys a yelp review because I been coming here for about 2 years now and haven't had 1 issue with them . I left them a yelp review because I saw a couple of bad reviews and it seems like their not legit reviews just a bunch of haters or competitors trying to ruin another successful business . I brought my 2002 Toyota Sequoia to Cortez Tires because my tires were only at about 20% tread left. So, better safe than sorry, and I decided to look for used tires instead of new, to save a few bucks. I drove by here, and decided to stop, since they had a lot of tires on display and it looked clean. I asked for tires in size 265/70/16, and they found me a matching set in BF Goodrich, Radial Long Trail T/A, rated 111T, which are the same ones that are sold at Sam's Club at $155 each. Two of the tires were nearly new with 95%+ tread and the other two were about 70-75% tread. All tires were in good condition, and I asked for a price. I was quoted $240 for the tires, mounting, balancing, and installing. This was a great deal for me, so I accepted the offer. It took about an hour or so, and it was done right. I watched them do the entire job. No complaints, and tires are running great. I saved about $450 by buying them here, instead of Sam's Club. read more

These guys are legit and very professional at what they do. They're the real deal. For a while I was looking for a place to get nascar letters put on my tires on my Dodge Ram. After looking for a while I ran into their Instagram account (@llanter0) called them up set up an appointment and in a couple days my tires were done! They even let me take a set of their own wheels to drive around my truck while they were working on my wheels very convenient and something I didn't expect! The job was very clean and professional and fairly priced. Definitely rolled out of their shop like a little kid with a new toy after they were done with my wheels. They also do all of the other traditional tire shop services, flat repairs, balancing, new tires, new rims, wheel repairs etc! Definitely recommend them and will continue to be a customer myself! My husband and I have been coming here for years. Not always helped by the same people but service has always been good. Everyone is always courteous and honest about what is wrong with our tires. In the last year we have had several nails in our tires. The first time my husband was with me and He was only charged $5. The next time, I went alone and was charged $10. I just went a few days ago for another nail and was charged $20!!! The sizes of the nails have always been the same and I don't think prices go up that high that fast. I didn't argue and just gave them the money. I know this is not the going rate for nails in tires in this area. Needless to say, I will not be coming here again. read more
