****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Pulling up to the car wash track, I shifted into neutral and let the track push my car through the car wash tunnel. An attendant was stationed at the start to make sure my car is aligned with the track and gave my car a pre-wash. Coming out the other side, their blowers are strong. And man, there are about 8 of them blowing most of the water off of my car. I got their free towel dry service by driving around to the side and under the pavilion. The workers there quickly wiped my vehicle dry using microfiber towels. I didn't opt to use their vacuums this time, though I can attest they are a godsend whenever I need to clean the inside of my car. They usually have plenty of bays available to pull into and you can spend a little time detailing your car there too. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars this time is because of the attitude of the employees. From the manager down to the attendants, I didn't see anyone smiling. It just looked like none of them wanted to be there. I get that the work they do is hard, and I appreciate them for it, but I had hoped they could have put a little bit more effort into providing a better customer experience.
